Cancelation Policy: 24 hours in advance for any cancelations or reschedules. A fee of $15-$25 is added on to the next appointment scheduled when this policy is not respected.
Late Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes past appointment time, you have to reschedule on top of a fee.
We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have created this policy for a reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have made an appointment in that time slot.
