Carrie was a life saver walking me through selling a home for the first time. She helped prepare everything while I was states away, and had a plan as soon as I was ready to proceed. She is kind, open, professional, and was always available to answer my endless questions. She helped me understand the process by being extremely thorough. She made sure I knew the timeline for selling was up to me, and was flexible on multiple occasions when my plans changed. She gave me recommendations for local contractors and lawn services that I desperately needed since I was trying to sell from out of state. Carrie was available when I worked long, unconventional hours to maintenance workers at my home, and also staged it beautifully for showing. She facilitated my selling process seamlessly, and kept me on track with reminders and check lists as we moved forward. I absolutely recommend Carrie, and hope to have her help again in the future!
We could not recommend Carrie more as a real estate agent! We got in touch with her after seeing so many good reviews online. We knew we were taking a risk by using the internet as our primary means of selecting an agent, but it ended up being the best decision we could have made. She made us feel comfortable with the process from day one, and walked us through everything with so much patience and understanding especially since it was our first home! Anytime either of us had any questions, she was always there with an answer, and never ever pressured us into making any decisions that we didn't feel comfortable with. Her and her husband David were constantly giving us very helpful advice and tips for owning a home, and they truly wanted what was best for us every step of the way. We felt so incredibly taken care of by her, and will absolutely be using her again in the future!
I cannot recommend Carrie highly enough! She and David are the best. We had zero regrets after working with them to buy and sell our houses. Their kindness and enthusiasm set the tone for the whole experience, and their professionalism and market insight ensured we were confident we had the best outcomes possible in both transactions. Highly, highly recommend!
Told Carrie about her realtor signs that were left and are now fallen on our road shoulders. Asked if she would pick them up. Nothing was done about this, been months that this litter has been here. I will have to clean them up myself.if you put out signs, pick them back up. Not acceptable for my neighborhood. Can't add screen shot of my text with pic I sent some time ago, with a picture of sign left in my neighborhood ditch.
