If I could give a no stars I would. Took over an hour from the time I gave payment to equipment in the back of the truck. Guys walking around on phones, no urgency whatsoever. Save yourself time and go to Alexandria. Much better customer service!!!
The wait time to pick up your items are absolutely horrible you would think they are so busy that they just can't take more people there not the guys just sit on the lifts in there phone and te counter people act like they doing you a favor and your doing is trying to get your items and leave the Hanover store really horrible items are great
I would like to personally thank Aubrey, JR and Dimitris out of the Hanover Carrier location. Despite the nationwide shortages these 3 gentleman went above and beyond to ensure I was informed and notified when equipment was ready. Throughout multiple orders they have fulfilled they were always courteous, kind and professional. Highly recommend!!
Carrier and other places need to hire hvac related people who know what their doing . Service is slow guys dont know how to use pc fast. Just bad for a top hvac company. Plus guys with no licensees buying willy nilly while u wait

I own an hvac and appliance repair business. Just started going to the Hanover Md location and I couldn't be happier. Some of the best customer service I've experienced in quite a few years. Don and the rest of the counter guys couldn't be friendlier. I'm very satisfied with the customer service and respect they gave me.
Dale or Art@ hanover is the guy you want to deal with. Their automated phone system sucks now. Used to get the counter in 10 sec. Now it's pressing a 20 buttons. Get the operator to transfer to Dale or Art if you want a smooth experience and get the parts you need.
After talking with a sales representative, who checked to make sure the filters I needed were in stock, I drove out to Hanover and picked up my order the same day. Very efficient and well run establishment.
Just wanted to say I have been working with Hanover for several years. Everyone is very helpful, pleasant , and knowledgeable. They go out of the way to help you and get you information very quickly. I usually work with Dale and Don my favorites and they rank very high in performance with me. It makes ordering parts very pleasurable.
They have curb side pickup but when you text the number they don't respond I called after waiting 25mins they guy got a attitude with me.
