A good, quiet and friendly place to stay. Here for a month at an affordable price. Safety was NOT an issue. I would recommend and stay here again.

Love visiting my friends a couple weeks ago.. who can i call about renting a mobile home?

Thank for allowing me to use your neighborhood for simulated trash pickup with a new EV trash truck. It was the perfect neighborhood.

I love Kimberly this young lady made me feel so secure and she also was honest! I love living here so far so good ! No matter how I call and when I call she answers with a wonderful greeting Most of all I’ve meet all the staff everyone is very kind ! I was a little skeptical at first as well but at fine with my Jehovah god always !I thank him for sending Kimberly my way ! She went all out the way to make me and my family happy ! That’s the kind of people we need in such cases! My husband is a police and brother. So they both told me no worries it’s nice and also clean and would be a good place! But like I say and sat again thank you mrs Kimberly for being here with us…it’s been a while now but been intended to leave a review about our stay .thank you and the staff for making us even more comfortable!

It's a quiet and peaceful place to live for the most part. The owners are professional and friendly. My only concern is I wish they had better security at night since I had my propane tanks stolen. Even if this sounds a little contradictory I've really enjoyed the first year living here.

Sites 14 thru 17 are extremely hazardous-a dip on roads edge followed by a hill as you try to back in, almost ripped off the rv's jack's, this campground is a mobile home park, with few sites poorly converted for RV use, do not book those sites-recommendations to management-make level with road!!

Although the wifi doesn't work, this is a lovely friendly well maintained rv and mobile home park. The management is very accommodating to disabled citizens . Very pet friendly. Pets are kept on lead . Safe haven amongst the city of Birmingham, AL.

Everyone that works here was super nice. The park is well kept although they do not have a bathhouse on site, but they do have a laundromat near the office. I would stay here again especially since it is so close to the beautiful Turkey Creek natural preserve.

Its ok could use some road repairs and perhaps some enforced maintenance on the residents homes to maintain a presentable appearance in the small compacted community. I love the taco food truck how convenient ! ! But the loud Mexican music 24/7 is a bit much lol.

I visited both of there parks this weekend and let me tell you I was so impressed very clean and quiet . Everyone including the residents were happy and very friendly . Have a strip mall with all your needs a laundromat, restaurant with good southern food and a convenience store with gas . I would camp there any time or live there as a long time resident . They have a small play ground for children and covered bus stop waiting areas for the children. Let me tell you the office staff was so helpful. So please come stay a day or two here if you want good old fashion living .
