Carter's

They have a decent selection of clothes. Its just crazy pricy for some children's clothes that they are going to grow out of in a month or 2. Like, 36.00 for one outfit for my little one. She won't fit it in 2 months. Still, they are cute and nice clothes.

Love this store! Its so clean, and organized, so it makes it easy to find my baby size in clothes, and accessories! Plus the sales associates, are very courteous, and helpful! I just wish they had more styles in the store like they do online, and more sizes! Sometimes I can't find my son size in cute little outfits, but its still my favorite store to buy my sons clothes! I will always be a dedicated customer, until my son outgrows their sizes lol

Store does not allow customers to use their restroom. We were directed to go the Hotel next door if needed. Nothing was posted inside the store stating their restrooms were closed to customers. Also I'm pretty sure the Hotel wouldn't let people in from neighboring businesses for use of their bathrooms. Lastly at check out we were treated like we had leprosy! Even though my 5yr old daughter and I had face masks on the entire time. The cashier would not check us out until all the items were laid out on the counter. We spent over $250 and will probably NOT be returning anytime soon.

I showed up to the store just minutes after closing, which I didn’t realize until I was already calling the store for my curbside pickup…a nice lady named Bea answered the phone and even after I acknowledged that I had just realized they closed already, she graciously offered to bring my order out to me! Such fantastic service, she really made my day!!

I love the clothes but not the customer service. It surprises me that any individual can work at an infant and children's store and be so rude to the customers. I'm very disappointed... i left my house because my 6 month old wouldn't stop crying. The car rides help him to fall asleep. After he went to sleep i thought I'd stop in the store to do some shopping to relax. I asked an employee one question and got a rude response. Then as i walked out, she didn't say have a good night... instead she proceeded to talk about me with another employee. There are people in this world who are going through so much right now... Hurricane Harvy and Irma, earthquakes in Mexico... the list goes on and on and yet we still choose not to show love and compassion for others. Shame on us!

I stopped in there when I was near by. Not very happy with how the employees were towards when my daughter bashed her face on Carters hanging rack. Because of Covid no restrooms could be used. Pisses me off not even askee about getting her face washed off. I used my own shirt to clean it up. I went to check out and NOT EVEN ONE employee asked if i need anything for her face, but went to the next store next door and was offered the bathroom. Bandaid and ointment. I was not about to use a wipe because i knew it would burn.

I took in a few pairs of fleece footies to see if they had a different sizesmaller size... left them at the counter because I did not have a receipt they were a gift.... I looked around for maybe 10 to 15 mins... they did not have the size that was needed.... when I returned to the counter to keep the pairs I brought in, they told me they had already sold them.... what?!?!?! Sold jammies I had not even yet returned!!! And I did not even receive an apology! Very angry!!!!

Would love to give this location 5 stars, however, my experiences there have been very disappointing. I'm convinced the employees are racists as I've been racially profiled and not given the same treatment as the other white women shopping there. I walked in and was not even greeted while everyone else white was greeted and asked if they needed assistance. As I'm browsing the store, an employee is called out to "work the floor" or follow me around to make sure I don't steal anything. I'm waiting to checkout and there are 2 cashiers available, one helping someone , the other was free, looked at me and left the register to organize the tables. As I'm leaving the store, the same woman who left her register was fixing the table at the doorway and didn't even look at me or say good bye or anything and I know that is against all retail employee policies. This is every time I shop there and it is completely unfair and unacceptable and enough is enough. I am a paying customer I shouldn't have to tolerate this kind of treatment. I love Carter's quality and style but I will never return to this location ever again and will be contacting corporate about this matter.

Scored cute as hell baby clothes and stuff for nephew's new little stinker...fair prices. Win some points, save some time and shop here first!

Heard about the store so I decided to see for myself. Really good clothes priced nice.
