I love shopping at this place just because of Bridget the manager.

I didn’t know Lane Bryant sold bras as we have never shopped there before. Someone told me to try them so I took my daughter there to look as she is hard to fit.  We had been trying to buy online and that has been frustrating.  Becky helped us at Lane Bryant and she was so wonderful.  She measured my daughter for size first and then showed us all the options.  She had no problem allowing us to try on as many as my daughter wanted.  She was patient and helpful without being pushy. You could tell she was very knowledgeable about bras and about daughters.   I felt like we were monopolizing her time but she was great and said that was what she was there for.  She helped us narrow it down to what we wanted and even told me about a coupon we could use that I hadn’t been aware of.  As far as I am concerned this is where we will always go from now on.  We will probably go back and look for other things too. Becky made it a very peaceful and successful experience!

I've been a LB customer for many years. This is where I go to buy mostly my bras and other add on items. Sheri the store manager and her employees are wonderful and extremely helpful to finding the size that best fits your shape. It's an honest struggle for most women to find anything for clothing that is not only comfortable but flattering as well. These ladies know what it takes to get the job done and I applaud them for putting up with the frustrations from their numerous customers. For women that have extra "amazingness" up top; this is the place to check out.

I looked up the store hours for Sunday and Google showed they close at 6 PM. I arrived at 5:40 only to find the doors locked with employees still inside, but no one bothered to come tell me and my son standing outside that they were closed for the night. I called and someone even answered the phone and when I asked what time they close the woman said they close at five. Kind of sketchy.

I love this store!  The staff is always friendly, it's wonderful to find a shop that has lots of options for plus size and they run really good deals too.

I rarely leave empty handed.  Go in for bra's and panties, check out a sale rack or two, and leave with several bags full. Lol. Love this store. I've never had a problem there.

Nicest place to shop for the larger woman.  They have so many sizes. Styles, colors to choose from.  Everyone is pleasant to have help you.  I just enjoy shopping there when I'm able to.

This store is horrible,  I have been in there twice on two separate occasions. Each time no one greeted me or told me the sales. Instead they just walked pass me as if I wasn't there. Won't ever go there anymore. I used to work at the Lane Bryant outlet in Oklahoma City. We never treated customers like that. Who knew I could have been a secret shopper and they would have failed miserably.

My favorite store I don't have to dress old or uncomfortable  plus my daughter isn't afraid to enter lol! Most staff is great!
