Very rude, thats all i have to say. We walked in the employee said “no” as me and my son walked in. Kids are curious they like to press things. My son went to press the button to open the door and the employee came and said “ every time the door opens it count a person walking in so i need to make a sale” with the rudest attitude i have heard. I understand how sales work I used to work in retail. I understand that there are conversions for sales and the number of customers walking in. If there is and issue the solution isn’t to be rude especially if the store is a soposed to be a “family and kids store” I was going to buy some clothes for my kids but not with that attitude from an employee, how do you expect to make sales with that kind of attitude. Never again, i am sharing with friends and family this horrible experience of customer service.

The sales person was helpful. She checked back stock, she suggested items that I then purchased. Accommodating to order for me if I didn't find what I liked. Very pleasant experience

Amazing prices. Between the sale items, door busters and additional club discount, I felt like I got a great value. Okay selection, seems pretty limited but it's not a huge store. I did not find the employees helpful at all. I was in line, during covid, and the clerk made me sit and wait while she restocked the previous customer's returns. Seemed like really bad customer service not to mention covid procedure. I'd just call it an off day.

Love this place. Clean, well lit, well stoked & organized. Have unfortunately been present on a few occasions when 'corporate' shows up. So rude to their employees & loudly in front of customers demanding to fix what isnt broke. Added this hoping corporate reads reviews & changes their ways. Prices are great on their own, but of course love their clearance section because that too is always well organized. Well done village crossing Carters!

Awesome inventory sales representatives were both very friendly. It would be nice if the store had a gender neutral section as opposed to the boy/girl division.

Not just baby clothes! So glad I remembered Carter’s sells to up to size 14. My 8 1/2-year-old grew out of her size eights of everything overnight and needed to re-stock in a flash. Natasha & Dulce we’re really helpful at the store in Skokie. Natasha greeted me when I came in, got me a bag to hold the clothes while I continue to shop, searched in back for a particular size and when she couldn’t find it, ordered the shirt for me online. It will be delivered to my home free of charge. Dulce at checkout pointed out that I could get another pair of Cartwheel shorts for free based on my purchases. Prices were reasonable and a nice change from Target.

Annie, Violeta staffs were very rude when i returned some items. this store in skokie have horrible customer service. don't go there!!! they make you very uncomfortable and don't want to give you discounts, even this old lady front of me asked discount but they wouldn't give her any discount. they even write on your on receipt. The Staff make customers upset for buying, returning or exchanging.

I love this store because they have a good cast mar service they have cute clothes

Like a lot of retailers, their available selection is weirdly out-of-sync with the season i.e. limited coats and snowpants in November. The boots were nice though.

I love buying all the clothes for my grand kids here, the staff is always wonderful and the clothes are made well and reasonable priced.
