This goodwill used to be great! It’s fine for basics but don’t expect to find any hidden treasures. It’s full of fast fashion and cheap Walmart/target/kohls brands. I used to love their furniture selection but they stopped carrying it in 2020. Their home goods section is decent, but again it’s all cheap stuff from discount stores. If you ever think stopping in here is worth your time, it’s not. I’ve been here a number of times over the last few month and I’ve left empty handed every single time. Goodwill for the love of god do better!
goodwill stores should be nonprofit organizations because that’s what they stand for. They sure did profit from me! I bought a pair of shoes that were 400 dollars. I got home and realized they were fake. Those Shoes are only worth 50 dollars. Came back to the store to talk to John the store manager. He told me he couldn’t refund me my money back. I was willing to pay a similar price for what they are worth. He made sure to tell all his team members to not refund me. As soon as I would speak to a team member they all had the same respond “ you already bought the purchase”. As a store manager, he puts ridiculous prices out. If you’re shopping at this store please be careful with what you buy because John isn’t being fair and putting prices out here without research.
It was time to clear out my closets. Get rid of that which no longer fits. The things I don't use. Sport coats. Suits a tad worn. Clean long sleeve and golf shirts. The place to donate is in the back of the store, past where they receive deliveries. I did not see any signs which stated that. The staff was friendly, accommodating. There is no "drop-off box" open at all times as in other areas. So check the hours before you come. Just a double glass door with the address above. They roll out a large bin to place the donated items. An optional receipt for tax purposes is available. Sign up on the website to itemize. Nice to know I can maybe help out others through my donations.
My least favorite goodwill location. First the aisles are tight and crammed making it difficult to navigate through the aisles especially on a weekend. Second the pricing here can get absurd occasionally with items priced at $100 plus with no return or exchange policy. I have seen Pokemon cards priced at $200 plus with no guarantee of authenticity .
Staff is nice, drop off is easy. Store is disorganized and chaotic, hardly anything with buying in the whole store.
Good turnover of items, some really surprising finds but prices can range from reasonable to what are they thinking? … All that being said, definitely worth a pop in if you are in the area.
What the heck happened to Goodwill? You do realize that this is a discount store and your items were donated right. I found at least 20 items that were more expensive then buying new on Ebay or Amazon.
My grandson found 2 shirts....so he's happy.
First time here. It’s one of the few goodwills that are clean. Very organized and the staff is friendly. Also, there’s no need to ask a staff member to open a fitting room for you - the ones that are free remain open. I gave it 4 starts because the bathroom needs cleaning.
Really large Goodwill with a lot of stuff there. Staff is okay, not super friendly but not rude either, probably overwhelmed. The only reasons I don't rate this higher is parking can be a problem and there are some of the rudest customers. I got bumped into a dozen times without so much as a sorry or excuse me. Recommend you go early or late on a weekday as the weekend os an absolute mosh pit.
