Casa Mobile Park

The park has been improving immensely due to the work of the NEW manager. She is so great,nice, and helpful. She actually cares about the residents and what they have to say. Overall she has made many improvements and is a very welcoming and easy-going person to talk to. I definitely recommend coming here for the chance to find your dream home! I have lived here for several years and she has been the best manager we have ever had!

The place is good but I feel like management needs help. One time I called the manager and left a message in regards to stolen packages on my front porch as I found out who it was but instead had to install cameras as a deterrent and hasn't happened since. Other than that ok place to live after my home is payed I'll be selling and purchasing an actual home.

We were going to buy a nice trailer, but Cindy the rude manager said I could only have 1 pet. I have 3 Lil dogs 2 are my therapy dogs which she said I could keep, but I'd have to get rid of my 2lb. Chihuahua. The two I could take, are pugs. 10, 9, and 2 1/2 years old. I'm sorry, I'm not like some who can just get rid of their "family" so quickly. But they are inside dogs, and only go outside when they go potty, or when I'm outside. But yet, she allows ppls dogs to run the streets all damn day. About 50 different cats hanging around. This place is a joke.

It wasn't so bad a few years ago. A few manager changes progressively worse and the complete removal of the trees shade canopy at the start of summer makes living in a steel box sooo desirable. The pool will only open for a few days before some asshat ruins that. A shopping cart is a better mobile home and less depressing than this place.

I just moved here so I can't give an official rating or whatever but so far everyone ie.neighbors and the office staff are super kind and nice. Everyone has checked in to see if we were okay or let us know that if we need anything to not hesitate to ask

Ditto with what Alesig Romo said. We have new management who is AWESOME! She does what is suppose to be done and is not snotty and rude like the previous manager.

Needs road improvements. More staff needed and better open hours for office management. Needs cosmetic improvements and better lighting.
