Merced Mobile Estates

This is a dangerous place to get out of at night. Especially if it’s raining due to the reflection of car lights on the interstate. It’s hard to tell if the traffic is on the freeway or the access road. Also it is very difficult to locate in the fog. Not good for a person with restricted vision issues.

I had a stroke from the manager had my car towed and the stress gave me a blood clot. Always continuously harassing my sister-in-law who lives in the mobile home park. Manager is rude and he likes to swear at the tenants he must have got his training from a cardboard box. The most unprofessional individual I've ever seen.

I've lived here for 2 years now and it's overall a great place to live. Manager is super cool, very respectful and most importantly takes care of the residents! He makes sure the park stays clean, looks nice and enforces the rules that keep a higher living standard than other mobile home parks. Cleaner, quieter, safer park = higher resale value of your mobile home.

This mobile home park deserves zero stars. I viewed a home there with my realtor, I then tried to apply to live in the park before purchasing. The manager was beyond rude! I informed him that I have a fairly large inside dog, he is my 4 year old sons service animal. Not an “Emotional support animal” a trained service dog for my sons disability! The manager goes on a tangent saying he can’t stop me from applying but there will be a lot of a hatred towards my family and how many problems I’m going to cause, all the neighbors will hate me and my disabled 4 year old and will basically not stop until we move. These people are extremely Prejudiced and I wouldn’t recommend this park to anyone. Being told that people would hate us and we wouldn’t be welcomed because my 4 year old son is disabled and needs assistance was mind blowing and heartbreaking all at the same time.

Great place quiet and super clean

My Elderly parents live in this place. Despite the rules of the park if they are bad, they still live there and I still visit them. One thing that needs fixing as of my Thanksgiving weekend visit with my parents is the broken Pepsi vending machine. If the machine is fixed, please ignore this review of the broken Pepsi machine and if you made contact with the Manager about the Pepsi machine, please don't remind him or bother him unless he tells you to or if he is working. I would recommend this place to any Family wishing to move here despite the rules. If you don't want to live here anymore, it is your choice.

This is not a 4 star park alot if homes are run down and not well kept up. Trashy people walking around 10:30am with beer in hand. This park is for trashy people.

Clean, respectful place, and super helpful and nice manager.

Its very nice, friendly,my mom, & dad lived there till they both passed away
