Established in 1992, the Foundation Board gives countless hours each year to raise funds for the medical center through a variety of fund-raising events.
Established in 1992, we have funded over one million dollars in medical center projects and state-of-the-art equipment. This year, our goal is greater than ever.
2012 — The Campaign for Family Practice (Clinic Expansion Project)
As the next phase of enhancement at Cascade Medical, we’re focused to raise $125,000 to further support your patient experience. Our goal will match a grant generously provided by the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust, and will complete the Family Practice Clinic expansion project.
This initiative is just part of the evolution taking place within Cascade Medical Center Foundation and is in partnership with our medical center to best meet the needs of our community.
THE ADDITIONAL SPACE WILL PROVIDE:
Two provider offices
Six patient-treatment rooms (taking the total to 24)
One nurses station

Memorial Gifts
Donors in a variety of circumstances find this method most suitable. Memorial giving is a thoughtful way to honor the memory of a loved one who means so much to you.
Bequests
Since the earliest days of healthcare in the Upper Valley, bequests have been a popular way to support the medical center. A bequest is a transfer of cash, securities, or other property through a will or a living trust. A bequest to Cascade Medical Center Foundation can be made for a specific amount, for a percentage of your estate, or even for all or a portion of what is left after you have made specific bequests to your family and others.
There are many reasons to make a bequest. You may want to support a specific department or project at Cascade Medical in the future, just as you may be doing during your lifetime. Giving by bequest costs nothing now, yet it may give you a great deal of satisfaction to know that your future gift will live on. Bequests are also very private gifts. You may change your bequest at any time, and, if you wish, you may make your plans anonymously.
Legacy Paver Project
It’s not often an opportunity comes along that invites you to contribute to the health of the community while creating a lasting legacy that acknowledges your gift.
With the Cascade Medical Center Foundation’s Legacy Paver project, you may have a beautiful paver inscribed with a name or personal message. It will be placed in the walkway surrounding the new facility for all to see.
Your order form can be dropped off at the Foundation Office or mailed in at any time, until all available spaces are filled.
We hope to add your name, your personal message, or the name of a loved one, at the entrance of our new facility.
