Great interaction! Didn't have that corporate feel where you're just a number. The Cascadia staff were professional and cared about your concerns. Very clean and updated equipment. Very smart team. I left there knowing my needs were taken care of.
Very helpful. Took the time to help me and saving me a bunch of money by reusing frames and applying insurance. I was a walk in customer buying lenses cleaner. I think the person helping me was the manager as other employees were busy with customers. Answered all my questions. I was very appreciative and thankful for her expertise.
It was my first visit to Cascadia after going to Whidbey Vision for many years. Everyone was very nice and made my appointment comfortable for me. I was happy to get to continue with Dr. Gordon who had been my doctor for several years.
It was really disheartening to see the chaos in the office new staff and the one receptionist at the front desk was very grumpy! Dr.Siapco is amazing and I had been seeing him for my eye appt for years! They moved buildings recently I’m assuming? Nobody let me know this when I scheduled my annual appt. I was late as I had to locate there office and the receptionist was less than professional she was quite frankly rude and even curt to the new girl training sad to see a place where the Dr is amazing but front desk staff can really ruin a place. I will be taking by businesses elsewhere.
Quick, efficient and friendly. I enjoyed the laughter with the front desk personal. Technician explained procedure well and even let me see the images she took of the eye. Dr. was clear with diagnosis and ordered a follow up to be sure.
Easy low friction appointment registration process. Handled insurance coverage without a hitch. Optometrist and assistant were professional and efficient. No heavy sales pressures. Great experience overall.
The staff is friendly, professional, and competent. I never have to wait long for service, and trust the results of my exams and treatment. I recommend them to anyone needing eye care.
With the help of Swedish Opthamalogy, the doctors at Cascadia Eye have been the FIRST to find a prescription/answer to my vision problems in my 28 years. They have been lovely, detail oriented, and thorough in my diagnosis. I am truly so grateful!!!
