TORCH - Smokeshop

I'm not sure why, but they neglected to order a product I buy from them on a regular basis. I've been a customer since September, so this was a bit of a surprise. I don't know if I'm going back.

Purchased an elf bar, turns out to be a fake one after comparing it with a real one. Lungs don’t feel good, posting this so somebody doesn’t have to go through this. Will be following up with Anacortes PD

Pretty bummed out. I have to drive to mount vernon to get vape stuff now. I haven't seen new nic salt juice in months. It's the same low quality juices. They used to carry tons of different flavors. Now there's never any on the shelves and the coils sell out so fast, I'm forced to use lower or higher than what tastes good. Twice I've had to buy juice because it's all they had and they taste terrible and burn up coils fast. Idk if it's expired or what. But I'm sad, and wish the selection was better. I love supporting local businesses but I am forced to go elsewhere.

I bought two pendelton woolen blankets. I asked for 2 pendelton bags and he stuffed one of them in a plastic bag and totally ignored my request. Very rude and acted like I was in his way. The woman who used to work there was lovely. This guy was the opposite.

So I have shopped here about 5 or 6 times. The owner is very nice. Just picked about 20 Cijars for a birthday/ camp weekend. I paid about 190 out the door. If I were to buy the box via the internet. Would of paid 130 plus tax. But I would of had to spend about 800 to get that discount per each brand. I think his price is fair for in store. Has a nice variety. Happy to have a close by connection

The owner was absolutely amazing. He helped my husband and I choose the best vape products to start with for our needs without upselling. He took the time to show us how to use it, refill it, and charge it. Best customer service and prices I’ve seen yet! Will be a return customer!

First off, the shop sells whipped cream cartridges. Why? They are specifically used by addicts to get high and are deadly. They have no business being sold at a smoke shop. I purchased a cigar to enjoy with my Hennessy cognac. I asked for a cigar cutter, and instead the cashier cut the cigar much further up the cigar than I would have, without even asking me. I do not recommend supporting any business that supports the use of drugs overtly or otherwise.

Edit: Is this place even considered a real viable vape shop? They got like four flavors of vape juice right now... asked for basic menthol... nope "is a popular flavor"... Economics 101, if it is so popular you sell out instantly... buy more product now... keep stock ready to go... someone should open a competing shop, it would be hard to do worse... Seriously this would be like going to a liquor store to find out they are out of all wwhiskey and vodka...

John and his staff are wonderful! They always go above and beyond in customer service. Always upbeat and happy. Great selection great prices and if you want something they don’t carry John goes the extra mile to find it for you.

The manger is very rude. The first time I had gone in the store the employee forgot to ask for my ID although i had already had it out and was going to hand it to him the manager began to reprimand the employee in a not so discrete manner. Not only was it extremely uncomfortable but it was in no way professional with the tone or the words he had chosen to use to speak to this employee. The second time I went to this store i was ignored by the same person who had reprimanded the employe from before in favor of flirting with some female customers for a good while before they even talk about any actual product. I decided to leave and buy what I needed elsewhere. Bad customer service and poor treatment for it's workers.
