Worst Casey’s I have visited. Stuff all over not on shelves. Bathroom a complete mess. Staff that looked half asleep. Not stopping unless I have to at this location in the future.
I'm local and this place was bouncing back up until about a month ago. The guy at the register in the morning is rude and mumbles under his breathe, like we shouldn't be bothering him. Never says hi, thank you, total. I absolutely hate dealing with him and he puts me in a bad mood. Ordered a taco pizza a few days ago and it had about as many topings a Jack's frozen pizza. Our cheesesticks were pathetic with no sauce. And like mentioned before, the card reader still isn't working. I will be taking my business elsewhere until I hear things have improved. This location has been up and down since we moved here, just not worth it anymore.
Their card reader on pump 2 is broken, they know it and they don't care.
Lost a sale this evening. No one answered the phone.
I went to Casey's to pick up two pizzas I ordered. When I went back to the pizza counter I saw an employee cutting and handling a pizza with his bare hands. I went to mention something to the cashier when the cashier informed me that they had made a mistake on the pizza and would be remaking it. The employee left for a break and another employee with at least one glove on began to make the pizzas. The cashier then went back to help and did not wash his hands but at least put both gloves on. So disappointed and grossed out.
NOTHING about our online order was correct. We were charged for items we didn't get. It says delivery is an option but it's through Door Dash, it doesn't say that anywhere.
I ordered a pizza over the phone asked for the special but then saw the app had a better deal they were able to honor it at the store.
The chicken on the pizza could have been cut up more instead of a stripe of chicken. Some piecez od pizza had none. I had more bacon then anything. The emplyees were ok but didnt like it that there were no signs up saying what time the store was closing and workers were going to be calling and nobody being there.
Your men's restroom is absolutely disgusting. Sad....
Card readers on pumps don't work. Started buying gas at kum and go.
