Completely unreliable. Had a ride scheduled for a 10:00am medical appointment. Driver said he would be here at 9 am. Showed up at 9:55 higher than a kite. Do not use this service

Casino Cab is terrible! They are never on time and refuse to answer their phones more times than not, and when they do answer that are very rude and condescending. As the only cab company that runs all night this is ridicules, I have had clients wait for over 2 hours after being told that the cab would be arriving in 20-30 minutes.

So I called them after Lyft couldn’t find a driver in the area to take me to airport. The guy who I later learned name was Troy went above the call of duty to get me there with 2 minutes to spare.

My driver was great I loved him informative friendly and did not overcharge me

Be there in 20 minutes.... 1hour and a half later standing in the cold !!! It's like they could afford stickers to put on their door and call themselves a taxi sevice.

They show up whenever they want. Tells you 15 to 25 minutes, ends up taking hour and a half. That's if they even show up at all. Usually after an hour they just stop answering the phone.

Not reliable..I called for a taxi cap an hour and 20 minutes. before work..says would be 20 minutes The taxi showed up 1 hour and 38minutes later...this services sucks No communication atall..The timing services not trustable...

Just like everyone else. I called on a Sunday evening. I was told that it would be about 45 minutes to an hour by dispatch which I heard was a driver at the company. Why would you have a driver as a dispatcher??? I've heard it is a mess. Now I   percent understand why. Driver after an hour and a half still didn't show up. Called and it went to a voicemail. Called 3 more times and still no answer or response. And almost 3 hours still no driver. DO NOT USE THIS CAB SERVICE. THEY ARE PITIFUL. THEY NEVER DO WHAT THEY SAY. IF YOU WANT A RIDE DO NOT CALL THEM. THEY WILL LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH....

There meter just go to fast compared to our local cab company Bluffs Taxi. And each cab driver charges differently.

The driver was nice to let us pack our things in the back properly. The never looked at his phone or did not drive badly and helped us with unloading our things. Thank very much.
