DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. FILTHY. We stayed here for the Iowa Is For Lovers Festival. The convenience of having a room there was great, however the room was filthy. The bath tub was disgusting, the shower head had mold on it. The water pressure was awful. The night stands and counters had dust and cobwebs. The a/c barely worked, so our room was hot all night. The hallway outside of our room was colder than our actual room. The rooms are extremely outdated. The staff we encountered checking in & checking out was unfriendly. The price we paid for our room, I was expecting a lot cleaner place. The icing on the cake, we checked out, only to be surprised by service/resort fees. The amount of money they charge to stay there and the condition of the rooms should be criminal. If you’re going to pay a premium price, I would expect to get a premium room for that. Not some outdated, moldy, filthy room. If I ever come back for another concert, I will be staying somewhere else.

It's just OK. No food options if you don't want to sit in a restaurant.  I forgot my toothbrush and was told I needed to go down the hill to the gas station to get one. A store with toiletries and snacks would have been nice. Slots are really tight. The concert that we could see and hear outside our window sounded great if we weren't trying to get some sleep

Great first gambling experience. Turned 200$ back into 200$ after some losses, which isn't that great, but to break even for your first time ever enjoying blackjack in a casino I'd say it's a win. My father was also removed for being intoxicated which made for a fun family story to pass down. Very friendly staff and they'll help you if you have questions. Also, free beer!

We had a wonderful stay. Rooms are clean and well appointed, staff is excellent, facility is well maintained, security is top notch. The Ice T concert in the courtyard below our room was a bit loud, but that's to be expected and it wrapped up around 11 pm. If you stay here and you go to bed early, double check what concerts are playing at the casino during your stay, and when they end for quiet sleeping.

Wonderful place.  Floor staff and table dealers were friendly,  personable and patient. Guy Fierei's Kitchen Bar was very good $16 - $30. Hotel rooms clean spacious and quiet Wed and affordable.Rooms: 5/5

Went here since I was in Omaha to visit family.  Since I am a players card holder, I wanted to play craps.  Was at the craps table for about 2-3 hours.  Had a good time playing.  The experience dealers were great.  There were a couple of young "rookie" dealers there. Need them to get more experience.  Trying to get their attention to place bets was a little issue.  Scott and Alan were awesome dealers there.  I also played a couple of slot games, but no big winner.  Also, drinks were not always free.  If you are a Diamond card player and playing table games, you get free drinks.  But on slots, after 6 PM, they charge. BOO!

Very luxurious. Awesome staff, very clean and helpful friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place for different occasions. Must keep close eye on children as a casino is attached, an all kinds of ppl in an out of place all night an day.  Rooms: Very clean an nice rooms, well put together, very detailed cleaning of rooms an whole hotel.  Nearby activities: Walking near river, nice restraunts within hotel, nice staff, not to kid friendly,...casino attached.  Food & drinks: Very delicious food.  Noteworthy details: Nice view, nice staff, clean, never dirty smell through out hotel!

Rooms were OK. A little dated.  Fan did not work in bathroom.  They were very pricey for 2 days considering there is no daily room cleaning and no continental breakfast.  Casino closed it's buffet down permanently.  Had to order food from somewhere outside.  They say they are going to remodel soon. We stayed there twice for outdoor concert.  Nearby activities: Plenty of things to do and see.  Go to the zoo or visit and shop down town area.
