Choices Integrative Healthcare of Sedona has the most state of the art integrative care available. They incorporate Functional Medicine, Orthomolecular Medicine and Complementary practices with traditional practices to find the best overall solution for their patients. Dr. Devin Mikles and his team have researched and found real solutions to help treat neurological conditions such as PTSD, Schizophrenia, Autism and Parkinson's.

I have the same complaints others made. Non receptive staff, unable to obtain medical records, ongoing confusing about the name of the practice, lack of Doctor Oversight, HIPAA and PHI violations, healthcare staff with multiple names and identities, and excessive billing in referral charges. I hope they can correct their mistakes, they had some potential but given the years of bad reviews, who knows.

I had an appointment with Dr. Cappelluti.  I found her to be professional yet very welcoming.  She is extremely knowledgeable and seems to really care about the patient.  I definitely recommend her as a pulmonologist.

With Dr. Cappelluti - this pulmonologist listens, informs her patients and has helped me manage my breathing issues.  I recommend her highly.

I have been trying to get a copy which I paid for in Augustof my medical records and no one there seems to care. Looks like a report to the Arizona Medical Board is in order. I've been waiting 3 months! DO NOT come here! They are extremely unprofessional and don't know what they are doing.

Very bad service vía phone and in person. Hire a new front desk lady. Worst cusromer services i have ever seen.

Terrible patient services/reception. It is impossible to call and get anyone on the phone from this place.
