Welcoming and helping. I went in with my son- both hurt. I came in for a follow up and the dr asked about my son. First office to remember my son was injured too. You do have to give themnurses time to unlock the door as they are only allowing patients in.
Went to urgent care and when I expressed to the doctor I was in pain he responded with, "I don't care". I must have upset him for interrupting him while he was reading information off his phone about the side effects of anti inflammatory drugs. He refused me a toradol shot because he feared a law suit if I had any side effects. Mean old man doctor
They refused me care. Not because of covid but because their dinasaur system said I was uninsured when I know I have insurance.
I went to urgent care with my husband and they didn't let me inside it was literally empty she even said there was nobody inside. They only let him inside and I had to wait outside in the heat August 2020 extreme heat. For a medical facility that's really messed up. I'm outside right now sweating : Look at the picture I took of the inside once they left. I wasn't allowed to sit in a air conditioned medical facility while my husband was being seen.
My whole family has been going here for over 20 years, and have received great care.
The urgent care service is really bad... else will give 5 star for primary care
Its now Optum Care, I love the doctors there and the staff..they really pay attention to the patients needs and medical problems
Better have a urgent need between 3pm-7pm or your out of luck. Seriously, you need to close.
