The Castillo Funeral Home is amazing the funeral director Crystal is so awesome she takes pride in her job she made sure that my dad was well taken care of with respect and dignity. She really went above and beyond for me and my siblings with the services she provided for my dad. She made us feel welcomed and was always helpful with any questions or concerns we had. I highly recommend the Castillo funeral home they are a truly wonderful family oriented funeral home. I give them and crystal more than a five star rating if I could. Extremely unprofessional staff, very unorganized, and the Funeral Director was Rude and very insincere, you could see him rolling his eyes and making faces almost every encounter I had with him. Trying to make the best of things and just go forward with our arrangements for my son was in the end a terrible decision that I regret. Not only did we have to deal with this mean Director and his staff but after everything was completed and was told I’d be contacted by the staff to pickup the death certificates once they were ready. Weeks turned into months till finally I called to ask about this delay. And was told that they were sorry and didn’t know why I wasn’t contacted sooner because they had been ready for two months! Sitting in their office and no one contacted me or my sons father about picking up these documents. No explanation or attempt to explain what had happened.they made a difficult time so much harder
I have so many great things to say about Castillo funeral home. We have buried many family members, including my niece Dominique in 2019, my father Jesse on Dec. 22, 2020 and my beloved Uncle Tony, today Dec. 18, 2021. The staff is always accommodating, compassionate and super nice. This place is always immaculately clean and comfortable. I would like to thank Sylvia Cordero that helped with my niece and fathers services and Crystal, who helped with my uncles services today. Your services were beyond outstanding!!! Thank you!!
My father passed away very suddenly. They really made his day one that we could remember. We had worries we would not be able to make it happen and they did. I am thankful for their professionalism and also with my fathers ashes they made it seem as if they were taking care of a person. Not just someone's ashes. She told me there was no rush that when I was ready to come for the ashes to just call and drop off the urn. They really did treat us so kindly and patiently. I was very pleased with their services and all employees were great. Thank you again Castillo.

Had my dads service last week and wouldn’t have chosen anywhere else. From the time they took possession of my fathers body to the burial funeral director alma was there every step of the way. Although I was nervous walking into the chapel and not knowing what to expect my dad looked amazing for the rosary and chapel service. I would highly recommend castillo to anyone at their time of need. From the bottom of my heart thank you to alma and all the staff at Castillo Funeral Home.
