First of all I would like to express my appreciation for Casket Fairprice especially during this difficult period. Not only they were prompt in their response, they were professional throughout the entire process. I would love to thank Leroy and staff Right from the beginning, he had shown a high level of professionalism when he was dealing with my loss. Following that, he had always been attentive and sensitive to my family's needs. He was patient and was willing to accommodate any adverse circumstances that occurred during the preparation. He was quick and experienced and was able to provide sound advice. Even to the last moment. he was giving me the undivided attention for the details in the completion of the whole process. Last but not least, I would like the company to recognize his professionalism as well as Oscar, Arturo, victor and David for the way they led throughout their course of duty.
I would take time to consider Southwest Funeral home. They listened, are empathetic and give many options for your loved one. I did not witness rudeness at anytime, just professionalism. Ask for Oscar! Very professional place, thanks.
I’d like to thank the staff at Southwest funeral home for taking out my uncles service today. The staff was extremely polite, respectful and kind. Thank you again. Our family will always remember this and your kindness will be remembered as well.

Very very very very rude and inconsiderate. Family was playing a video and the guy just says funeral services are done and opens exit door. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life .

This place does not deserve any stars My family hired this place. My family paid for a viewing to say our final goodbye to our beloved sister. Due to the horrific job that was done we were unable to see her for the last time. They will never understand what they took from us. We had to do a closed casket, due to their incompetence. My sister called today to speak to the owner and he was rude unprofessional and had No empathy. They were over paid for a job and did not deliver on their part. I will never recommend this place. May god forgive you for your wrong doings.

I just had a service for my father this past month. I can honestly say everything is like a blur having to put a loved one to rest. Though, the staff at Southwest funeral home were extremely warm hearted, caring, patient and understanding. Everytime in this whole process I would need to stop by all the employees were very professional. This funeral home has a nice cozy touch to it in which my whole family enjoyed. I hope they read these reviews. I'd just like to say one last time thank you from the bottom of my heart for the most respectful service you provided my family and myself. If you choose to do business with this place helpful tip, I'd ask for David or I believe the other gentlemen is Oscar if I remember correctly. I did not feel any pressure in this process at any point with the two of them helping me.
