I was happy to see the DXL store in Woodland Hills reopened after being closed for several weeks. They have a wide range of clothing options that cater to the specific needs of Tall and Fat customers. The staff was helpful, friendly and attentive. They have comfortable fitting rooms that are spacious enough to accommodate larger sizes. The lighting in the store was bright and it was easy to navigate, with clear signage and displays that make it easy for me to find what I was looking for.
The sales rep that helped me was fantastic! Took the time to assist with helping me find specific items I needed, was patient in helping me find different sizes after trying some items on, and overall was extremely attentive, helpful & efficient. I forget her name, but she was mid/late 20's with dark hair, and I think could be wrong Latina. Overall she was a happy & helpful customer service rep who is definitely a credit to this DXL location.
Fantastic store with high quality clothes for men of of all body shapes. Thanks to Alex the store manager this store is not only pleasant to shop in but the employees are absolutely wonderful and that shows the managers influence on his employees they are all very professional and very helpful. I love this store.
My husband needed a suit for a wedding we are attending and he hates shopping. The staff greeted us but left us alone. We didn't find a suit, but we found a pair of nice dress shoes! Yay! I was impressed with the variety of brands! Suits galore as well as casual shirts, jeans, khakis. There is a clearance section too. The interior space is organized well.
This is an appropriate store for people with plus sizes, the grand variety of clothing is huge and very modern. I was surprised to see how good the clothes are in this place. I will definitely continue shopping here and the staff is very friendly and professional. The prices are fair and they have up to 7XL T-shirts and 70 x 40 pants sometimes they have specials. Thank you
Since I already knew what I was there for, I was able to get everything done with the fast help from the staff. They are very knowledgeable and courteous in helping me with finding the items I mentioned. Though the store may not have the specific item I was looking for, there were good similar items that are just as great, and if I didn't find what I was there for, they'd recommend looking at the website and informing us on when the deliver date for pickup would be. I do miss the Northridge store, but thankfully this one is here in the valley to stay and am happy to shop here.
Staff where so helpful. Got everything that I needed. They came in clutch, will definitely come back here & will refer them to family & friends. Thank God men's warehouse closed in Burbank, this place is better. Just wished it wasn't far lol.
Love the store, everyone is always so nice and helpful. Best is a a big guy they dont make you fell unwelcome just because your bigger like many other places. Yes I wish the prices where a bit less but I at least all the products are of a good high quality
I am a big guy. Buying clothes has always been tough especially around this area where the options are limited. I found DXL to be pretty darn good. I have always been able to get what I need and the staff is very friendly. Nice people, excellent experience each time I shop here.
I love the options that DXL has for big & tall costumers. The selection is great and the variety is outstanding. However, my customer service experience was far less than mediocre at best. I was greeted with a hello after a couple of minutes in the store. Which isn't a problem as the two associates were busy with other customers. However, once they were done with the customers, I was never approached to see if I needed any assistance or if they could help me in any way or make any suggestions after being informed of what I was looking for. They were folding shirts while I circled the store twice. Not once did I receive a "Can I help you find anything sir?". I walked around with clothes in my hand and never did they ask if I needed a fitting room. I had to approach them to ask a question and they pointed me in the direction and never followed up. Once I did ask if I can use a fitting room, they let me in and never approached me again. I was ready to make the purchase and I had to approach them once again to let them know I was ready to checkout. It was as if I bothered them that I was shopping in their store. I will never shop at this store again and will highly question if I will shop at any DXL location.
