The store is fine when it’s open. The problem is it’s not open during the advertised hours. Today I was there at 4:15 and it was closed. The hours show it is supposed to be open until 7 PM today. Also, yesterday the worker put a sign up saying she I say she because I saw a woman inside the store by the cash register was on a break and wouldn’t be back for nearly 2 hours. Wish my breaks were that long at my job.
Went to store closed for two days. Employee was very helpful. Guess this location must have had problems getting employees this is the only employee I ever see there. Over all would like to rate the employee a perfect 5 stars
I was helped with the few shirts but they didn't carrying them anymore so she followed up with some shirts that were very similar 6xlt in that order two shirts. Job well done by the clerk that help me inside the store. Thank you
The Airline lost my family members luggage. In just one stop the friendly staff set him up with multiple options for a wedding. He was so thankful. I would certainly recommend Casual Male XL for all the big and tall guys out there.
Had to shop at XL for an elderly family member who could not be there in person and had a great experience! Customer service like it used to be. Friendly staff wanting to be helpful and who know the cut of different brands is different and they educate you on this. All of the items I picked with staff input worked for my family member and they were so happy. Thank you for helping us!
The attendant was super helpful & was great at juggling the handful of people that were shopping there at the same time as myself. I’m bad with names so I forgot hers but she was very nice as well. She answered all my questions & helped me pick out what I wanted with no stress. Great customer service & an excellent attitude. Would shop here again & highly recommend Casual Male XL. Just a friendly reminder that their prices are quite high but the clothes are of premium quality so I don’t mind paying a bit more for the good stuff! Thanks, -Adam
I went shopping today for my son and the customer service was excellent! They didn't have the size I needed in store on a couple of items but they quickly remedy that by ordering them online for me which should be arriving within 5 to 7 business days.
Jessica is an Amazing store manager! She helped us find exactly what we were looking for in exactly the right sizes and styles. She was courteous, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We ordered a couple of extra shirts. An amazing shopping experience!
The ladies were very helpful and personable. The manager was overshadowed by her employee, as the manager misadvised about inventory; the rep found it when the manager didn’t look. Lastly, inventory at the store was lacking compared to other local branch. But, I would still recommend and go back.
Love the clothes but every time I walk into the store on Blossom, the customer service is terrible.
