I wish I could leave 0 stars. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. Not only did they charge us $118.92 for a $36 part, they charged us in advance for the repair and the labor. They canceled our appointment twice without notifying us and without explanation. They basically told us to install the part ourselves. Then when we asked for a refund on the labor they said it would take 2 weeks. Never use them for anything, they have horrible customer service and offered no apologies. Worst customer service ever.

Your Tec Ramon needs a lesson in customer service. His diagnostic was that the parts I need to repair my GE Profile are no longer available He refused to take the Diagnostic fee as indicated in my paper work Opening the microwave door did not constitute a repair. I gave him a $49.00 check for ethe diagnostic, he refused to take it. He didn't inform me that opening the microwave door would be an addition charge. I'm a I was obtaining the model number when he opened the door to obtain the number and to inform me that GE does not make the parts for a latch of a 10 year old GE Profile.
