I went for their black Friday sale and the best thing I can say is that the staff helped me find a shirt that my friends complimented me on so much that I was slightly embarrassed. Thank you, guys.
Very nice and chill place! Love the staff there, very kind, considerate and accomodating. Very much will return back again. I been ordering stuff online and sending it to the store and they been so awesome about it! Thank you guys for helping out a fellow big guy!
I shopped there in April. Love the selection and everything seems to fit better than normal 2x. Even joined the dxl rewards program. Got a coupon for 15% off but it was for online orders only. I like to try before I buy so went to the store to shop in May. Found some things I liked but store would not honor the discount. Saw another discount so I went back in June. Again store would not honor discount. Even though I had joined rewards club it showed I had no points. Clerk even found my purchase of $187 in May bit couldn't explain why I hadn't received any points for that purchase. Again I love the store and what it offers but is a little pricey and would love to be able to use the discounts you offer.
Excellent service. Michael was very helpful & friendly. He helped me pick out 3 shirts and ordered 2 more to be shipped. I have mostly been shopping online for the last couple years and had forgotten how much help a good customer service representative could be. Michael was outstanding!
Found everything I was looking for. Had many selections in my size. Clerk was very helpful.
This is a really great store. Friendly and professional staff and a good veriety of clothes and sizes. My son needed some dress shoes 13w. They had them and at a good price, around $60. I was expecting to pay $100 or more. I got some socks too, those were a little bit pricey but they were super soft and excellent quality. I was very pleased with this store.
