They were able to take me quickly when I needed to be seen. Everyone was super nice, and very professional! The ladies that worked on me did excellent work. I felt very comfortable there.The new office in Candler is really nice. I would definitely recommend these folks for your dental needs. And the prices are in line and not overly expensive.
I am Jonathan's wife, Deanna. I am 53 years old with 3 grown children. I made their smiles my priority because I know a nice smile is so important. As I have aged my teeth have deteriorated due to being pregnant, nursing and grinding my teeth. I have been to several dentist trying to set up nice payments so I could afford to take care of me but until I went to Cataloochee Dental in Candler I felt hopeless and depressed. I won't go into details but I can tell you I am getting my smile back and they are making it financially possible. Also, the entire staff, especially my sweet dentist, are wonderful! I feel so fortunate for have finding them! This post can never express my gratitude. Thank you so much! The picture I attached is only with my temporary caps on the top!
This group has very kind and understanding staff. They have always done a very good job on any cleanings and/or procedures that I had done. They always explain what they are doing as they are doing it. This is very important to me bc I had a dentist pull teeth without my permission one time, which led to really bad anxiety when going to the dentist.
I can't say enough about how nice these ladies are at this practice. I had a very difficult removal and they were so understanding and kind. I have went back several times now and am always met with professionalism and friendless. I'm glad I started going to this branch! I won't go to another dentist
Cindy is a real gem as a dental hygienist here. Doctor Fisher is one of the rudest men I have ever encountered providing a professionalservice. if you're looking for a great service and experience I would suggest smoking mountain dentistry.
Horrible chairside manner. Dr. Mehaffey acts fine until you tell her its uncomfortable, then she give you the 'difficult patient' treatment. Egotistical. No compassion, just the 'hey, sis, it's gonna be a mosquito bite' act. Needs to learn to listen to the patient.
I have recently become a new patient at Cataloochee Dental and I only have great things to say about this dental practice. Everyone is very knowledgeable very nice and professional. My hygienist Skye is great she takes her time to explain everything and is very gentle and knowledgeable. Before Skye I had always been a bit anxious when going to other dental offices. I can say my experience has only been wonderful and extremely pleasant. I look forward to my dental visits now and would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great team .
Saw Dr. Westinghouse last minute after my regular dentist cancelled on me and she was great! Everyone there was nice, helpful, and professional. One of the best dentist experiences I’ve had.
Just started using Cataloochie dentistry Candler office. So far it was the best decision. The office has the latest equipment and is very well staffed. I have had two cleanings and the young lady who did the procedure was very good and knowledgeable . This was my second cleaning and I will say Skye is one of the best.
I found this dentist when I got new dental coverage and they accepted my insurance ; this dentist has been the best place I have been too! This place is amazing, they are all superrr friendly, and very informative and very clean practice! My dentist I was going to told me I needed 3 root canals ; I went here for a second opinion and I am so glad I did! I only needed 1 root canal and 2 fill ins! Saved me soooo much money! This is definitely my dental home going forward! If you don’t like the dentist like most people don’t ; I highly recommend this place! They make you feel comfortable and at home!
