Catawba Valley Medical Center's Fitness Plus is designed to meet the growing health and fitness needs of the Catawba Valley.
Fitness Plus is the only certified medical fitness center in Catawba County. We offer group fitness classes (Yoga, Zumba, Spinning, Body Burn, etc), water exercise classes, nutrition classes, personal training, and the Strides to Recovery Wellness Program for Cancer Survivors.
