All of the staff showed great care. Got me back in a timely manner even though they were about to close, and everyone was so very nice to me. Highly recommend, was seen by Erin and I can’t say enough about her. Great experience, better than other urgent cares in the area.
Well, I have to share my experience in June 2022, under the care of Erin. Hands-down absolutely superb care! I was pretty sick, had no idea would be positive for Covid – first time- she was ever so patient as I cried, but nonetheless, helped me to get better quick! Excellent excellent care! and very compassionate! I was very fortunate this evening when my daughter with special needs needed to be seen, and ended up under her care. Absolutely in the best hands ever! Phenomenal care!!
Every time I have had to go to this urgent care facility, they have treated me with the best of care. They are a very friendly and caring staff.
First off I filled out the paperwork after being asked the same questions at check-in which was fine but not sure why they ask you if you have to fill it out on paper. Then I only sit in the waiting room for about 5 minutes with one other person, so I thought things would be very quick After being called back I got asked more questions I just answered once and filled out on the paperwork. I got taken back to a room where I sat for 2 hours without any update from them without me asking. I got told there was only one person and people were there first. I could here other people getting frustrated as well saying they had been here for over an hour already. Finally get seen and the Doctor was in and out in less than 6 minutes. I then voice my frustration about everything and I get told that it's against the policy to cove rime guesses.
We were here this morning 9/23/21 The woman at front desk was very polite, even though people with covid symptoms were repeatedly coming in, even though there is a giant sign that's says to call. She remained nice. All the staff were very kind to us, treated my daughter who was being seen for leg injury very kindly. The wait was bit long 2.5 hours considering we were 3rd to be seen. But I understand most places are short staffed. Over all, we had a good experience, I will bring my children here if need be in the future.
Staff was great all around. Saw and treated me quickly on a Saturday morning.
Don't go here during evening hours. I just spent 2 hours waiting in excruciating pain and with a problem that I've had before so I know how it's treated. I have an infection as well. I asked for a toradol shot for pain and an antibiotic for a very bad infection but was denied both. I left in tears and wishing I had someone or someplace else to turn to at this time of night. Also, the physician would not even touch me which I found odd and she dismissed my complaints and I feel like it was because they were closing and wanted to leave and I was the last one there. I have never been treated this badly at any urgent care before. They should really be ashamed for not taking better care of their patients.
I had a motorcycle accident & went in to get checked out. Everyone was very nice, understanding, compassionate & friendly. This is my second visit & I won't go anywhere else. TY Sarah, Cindy, Melissa & Elisha. David S
Was there for 3 and a half hours to get covid test done. When I came in I expected them to be swamped and super busy. But nope. Got so many nurses or whatever they are sitting around, laughing with their hands under their chins. Nurse that did my test didn't even speak to me other then asking general covid question and then left silently. Just walked out like a ghost. I'm here waiting like should I leave or am I waiting for the results???? Poor boy at the front needs some training on insurance policies and medicaid. It's sad when you do this every day and you don't even know if medicaid is too be considered primary or secondary insurance. Called for my results had to wait about 15 minutes everytime on the phone just to be told no they don't have my results yet. Been 2 days going on 3. But they only wrote my doc note to be out 2 days. Ummmmmm so am I supposed to go to work without my results??? Everyone's in it for the money only now. It's so hard to find doctors and nurses that actually cares about their patients. Now we just get the worst of them all. This generations doctors and nurses only cares about what our insurance is going to pay out to them.
Receptionist Angela is just hateful. Walked in without a mask, asked her for one and after she gave us one she proceeded to fling every piece of paper with an attitude. She asked every question as if it was an inconvenience. Did I mention that the 4 people in the waiting room didn’t have masks on? Disappointed in the experience, everyone here is always so wonderful and then theres Angela
