First time here. AND DEFINITELY THE LAST. First reason they had to verify my identity which I understand but they did not told me how. I went home to pick up my identifications. Then when I returned after a couple hours later they said they also needed to verify that the check is real and the identification they did not stated what to bring so I brought my id and SS card to which they said we cannot accept this. However they could accept id and medical card which I had earlier. Now they verify by calling my previous employer and that didn't settle well with me due to being fired and it is past his work hours. I do not like how they are scrambling when this could've been avoided if the initial contact was handled appropriately with knowledge and asking the right questions.
