Went looking for a brassiere that they no longer offered in the store. The assistant manager was very helpful. She measured me, and found the brassieres at the warehouse, I suppose, and ordered them from me. They arrived in a timely manner and fit to perfection. I was told by someone that the brassieres made my breasts look like bullets hahahahahaha, but it minimizes the cup size, offers excellent support, and in my opinion, make my jackets and blouses fit so much better.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for as far as purchasing a gift for my mom. Thank you ladies!
Two great ladies working in the Hickory store helped me decide on and purchase bras and a shaper brief. The size I needed was not in the Hickory store, so Ashley called and found one in the Pineville store. I needed it three days later for a family wedding, and we decided it would probably arrive in time. Now two weeks after the wedding it still has not arrived. I drove 30 miles with my receipt to Hickory. She called Pineville, but no one knew about it, but promised to call back. Ashley from the Hickory store called me to say that Pineville never called back. She asked why they didn't sent it. Pineville girl said, "No, we just didn't send it." NO ONE called me or offered me a refund, until Ashley from Hickory store did all this for me. Pineville store, y'all are sorry.
