Lisa was amazing! She was a personal stylist for me during my shopping trip and I will definitely be back. It is hard to find quality customer service these days and she went above and beyond to help me put a style together.

I wish they would open up a store in Springboro, OH. The place in Dayton have too many thugs hanging around, sorry to say. When it's not safe, I don't get out of my car. But I love shopping at Cato.

Had to return something I ordered online that was to large. But I did order it again though. Had no problem getting a charge refund. I love this store. Thanks!

I am a regular here and rarely have any issues. Last Tuesday I was in Christmas shopping and as soon as I walked in I immediately heard coughing and hacking. I did see employees with masks on, not properly worn though, they barely covered their mouths and noses weren't covered at all. I overheard them talking about being sick and not wanting to work. I left at that point without buying a thing. FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING GOOD, STAY HOME WHEN YOU ARE SICK PEOPLE!

The manager was very rude to my wife I would not go to that store again maybe another store there are no people skills there but great clothes lol

They used to carry a lot of skirts for larger women. Skirt selection is very limited and sizes for larger women are not as good either. Don't know what has happened to this location. Very sad. Still not a lot of skirts a year later
