**Update** Tammy nailed my 3rd pedicure here** If you are looking for intricate designs and various finger nail shapes and lengths done professionally, please ask for Angel! She understands nail care, not just design. There are a variety of colors available, and if they don’t have the color you are looking for, they will damn near make it for you. They have more decals and stickers than any other nail shop in the area that I’ve been to! From the moment I called and from the time I walked into this nail salon for the first time, I was treated wonderfully. I don’t feel rushed or pressured to upgrade anything, even though I do. I feel they are priced competitively, and they really care about the quality of the outcome. They greet you by name and ensure you are brought to a chair right away. They don’t take customers at closing time for sake of making more money, which I respect for the employees who have already worked all day and want to get home to their families. I will say that both of my visits yielded less than perfect pedicure experiences, as in they mean well but shaping has been an issue. The first guy that did my pedicure really struggled with shaping my toenails evenly like really struggled, but Angel gave him guidance until he got it almost right. He was super sweet though and optimistic about improving that part of his technique. He did appropriately push my cuticles down and clean under my toenails, which not everyone does properly. The second girl who did my pedicure meant well, but gave that super light foot massage, the one where they are just making movement with their hand on your foot for the sake of going through the motions, but it’s not really a foot “massage”, like there’s zero pressure. I tried to give guidance, but it would have required too much work on my end, so I gave up after a couple of pointers because I just wanted to try and relax at that point. Despite supposedly being the best pedicure person on the floor, she shaped my shellac rounded on my toe and didn’t go all the way down to my long rectangle nail bed. It left my toes looking round and fat, and I have long thin toes! Again, super sweet and well-meaning, the customer service here is everything, and Angel is at the top of her game and definitely the star of this show. They also offer high quality drinks, alcoholic beverages or Vietnamese coffee. I’ve just had water at my visits, but there are options! I’ve already referred 3 women here for the nail service…I could not more highly recommend!Services: Acrylic nails
After my first service here in Oct. 2022 I was hooked. Tammi did an excellent job on my nails. At that time, my natural nails were thick and long. I had back to back trips booked and I wanted my nails to look fancy., but I had one nail that had broken. She fixed that broken one and made it match the rest of my nails. She did an absolutely wonderful job on them. Miss Rosie gave me the best pedicure I've had in ages. I do the Aloa pedicure. I highly recommend it. I'm rough on my feet and when I left, they felt like new happy feet. I loved my services so much that I asked my husband for a gift certificate from here for Christmas. Now I'm going every 2 weeks.
My first visit to this beautiful nail shop yesterday February 8, 2022. Angel was very nice and welcoming. She pay attention to small details and made sure I left happy! Nancy did a great job on my pedicure and she was nice and gentle. I hope this will be my go to nail shop moving forward. The nail shop was spacious and clean. Thanks! I am highly disappointed. The first time I came I was very pleased with my nail tech. Today was my 4th time here and my last 3 experiences were bad. I had a different nail tech each time. My last 2 visits I had to return for them to re-polish my toes and nails. The nail polish is always chunky and messy. Once again I will be returning tomorrow for someone else to re-polish my toes. I ask for coffin nails on my hand every time and each time my shape looks different. I have to get clear because the polish is always thick, chunky, and uneven. And yes the polish is gel in my hands and toes. I also had to ask the tech for her file and file my own toes at the shop because they were very uneven and slanted once again. I asked for very square and got square round. I wish I took the picture while at the shop before I helped file them. For my nail shape I asked for coffin and they look more square than coffin. They are also different lengths. All jokes aside I polish my own toes better. And there was so much acrylic under my nails. I picked off most of it before the pics. The pink is my toes before I got them done and yes they had to re-polish those as well.Services: Acrylic nails
This was my first experience in this place. Master Be was fast. He made my nails beautiful. Also, he saved my broken nail
Unpleasant visit. Nail tech Van made my toes on one foot shorter than the other. Im usually not verbal and let it go but they were not busy at all, just had 3 clients including myself and i would’ve been very upset if i let it go. Asked her to fix it and she refused and said she had “another client” and didn’t have time to fix it. She stated it was “my fault” because i told her to cut it.. yes but not that short and on top of that not match my other foot. John did my nails and would ask for confirmation each step to see if it was to my liking. I would ask to make some changes and each time he would let out a big sigh. Then would go and huddle with his coworkers to talk mess like if i didn’t understand what they were saying just because i may not appear like i would. i definitely understand all the negativity that was said about me. I confirmed w john my total and then at the front they added $5 more just because i asked for them to fix their mistake. NEVER GOING BACK.
I am very disappointed to report to you that Cavalli Nails ansd spa is a torture place in Katy. I have often visited this place and spent over 200$ each time but every time I fail to receive good service from this shop. I visited on July 27th, 2023 with my 2 daughters. We picked up powder nails and pedicures for all 3 of us. Also me and one of my daughters picked up extra designs and the staff informed us of the extra charge. I was ok with it. I approved it. We selected our colors and were asked to sit . At the same time, I informed the team to not file our nails too short. Every time they start filing and just ruin the whole length. Last time my daughter was crying. Also it is the most painful ordeal , when they do filing around the cuticles. No cream or anything applied, my attendant just started filing. My hands are dry and it hurt so bad. Luckily my daughter's attending lady Ms Angela was nice and took care of her length and gave her good design. But the nail stylist who was working with me ,  was a nightmare. 1. First he did not start my manicure and pedicure for atleast 15 minutes. Next, he started filing and I told him do not make it short as I do not have much length. He offered me to add nail tips. I refused it due to health reasons. He went on filing nails to an extent that they were under the skin. 2. The way he was filing it, it was hurting bad. I had to tell him 3 -4 times, can you please be gentle as my cuticle is hurting? He made faces and did not even apologize or acknowledge. It was such a torture. It was like paying for torture and hurting really bad. 3. Next, he finished the color and I was disappointed that he got the wrong nail color. I told him that I picked a darker shade and he gave me the reason that samples have thicker coats and so they look dark. I was shocked at this explanation because it was his mistake. Still, I kept on insisting and he got upset and said that this is done and I have to remove this. He was not ready to make any changes or help with anything. He was acting so weird that I could not figure out what to say. Since I kept on insisting he told me pick a color of regular nail and I will do it. This attitude and talking style is unacceptable. Who behaves this way ? So I paid for powder nail but got regular nailpolish done. It was looking disgusting. Look at the pictures. Does the color look like it is applied by professional? 4. Some of the nail color got on my finger in the back. The team member was not even courteous to clean it. Now the gel is stuck in my back finger and I have to be cautious while cooking. 5. The pedicure at this place is a joke. I have tried all their pedicures classic spa, Deluxe Herbal spa and Spoil me spa. They just massage for 10 mins and you don't even feel relaxed. Today my pedicure lady was hardly massaging the leg. She was busy looking around and hardly massaging my feet. The timer went off and she just put nail color. 5. I did not see any hygiene in the equipment's used for filing or pedicure. There was no disinfecting nor any sanitization done. They are just busy trying to attend customers and make money. The team members are doing things just for the sake of it. After spending hundreds of dollars , I feel tortured and disappointed. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.Services: Foot massages
Bad service , I came for my pedicure and acrylic removal. First the nail tech male tony refuse to do the service and hand it over to the lady who was doing pedicure after he came to know it is just removal and regular manicure. Then the pedicure lady filed acrylic with machine after socking too making the nail too thin with ridges. Leaving nail bed thinner and uneven. Highly not recommended if you want save your nails don't bother to come here.Services: Acrylic nails
Good and clean spa , friendly staff , done classic manicure and pedicure on May 12 the standard polish came of on May 14 .Not satisfied.
It's been quite some time since I decided to pamper myself and get a pedicure done, but this is hands-down the softest my feet have ever felt after a pedicure-ever. I'm not sure what the nail technician's name was, but on the receipt it said Lina T. Shout out to her for being so gentle on my feet! It was a very relaxing experience. I got the Herbal Pedicure $32 with Shellac +$15. It included a 7-minute foot massage as well. I'll be going back here again.
