This is by far my favorite nail salon. I’ve been getting my nails done here for about a year now. Staff is friendly, everything is clean, you get a complimentary drink, and they all around do a great job! They have tons of colors to choose from no matter what type or nails you get. Rachel did my nails today & did an outstanding job!! You can tell she really cares about her customers & making sure they leave happy. She was super helpful & friendly. I will be asking for Rachel from now on!Service: Manicure
I live close to this salon and pass by it all the time but this is my first time coming here. The salon is beautifullll and they serve you drinks!!! I got my nails done by Rachel and she did such an amazing job. I’ve never gotten my nails done and love it so much. The shape is perfect, the thickness is natural, and the design is exactly how I wanted it. Couldn’t be happier! Worth every penny I paid lol
So i started coming here since i moved in the area about 6 months ago. I’m giving this nail shop 2 stars for the following reasons. So i come here about twice a month for acrylic nails and a pedicure. Yes the location itself is very nice, clean and the entire staff are very polite. However, all of the staff rush your service i guess time is money for them. Also there’s been a few times where I’ve had to go back because two days later the top shiny coat will be gone and my nails are no longer shiny. Meaning the products they use must not be of good quality. I just got these dip powder nails done on Monday and this is 3 days later. Shine is gone on most of the nails and it’s cracking!! Awful products. I’ve been getting my nails done since i was 15 i am now 26, trust me when i say i know what good products are. I’ve been to plenty of other nail shops and i don’t have these issues. I don’t have the time to be coming back every time for them to fix it, it’s extremely disappointing. Not to mention it’s a bit expensive which i don’t mind paying, but give me a quality service or something that will be worth my money. I don’t recommend this place as your go to regular nail shop, you end up wasting your time and money. I’m definitely going back to my other nail lady from before.Services: Acrylic nails
I went in for a refill and change in my design. Bri did my hands and she did an AMAZING job! I’m always so happy getting my nails done by her. I also got a pedicure with shellac and the girl did a great job and gave a really good massage. The place and atmosphere is really pretty and I enjoyed their massage chairs. The staff was very friendly and offered me drinks during my service. If you’re looking for someone who does great nails with great designs, please ask for Bri :Services: Nail art
This is my first visit at nails in America and I must say that they did an amazing job. My technician was for nails and Pedi was Jenny, and I absolutely loved her. She is very patient and gives you a perfect advice and was making sure that my nails looked flawless!
Stopped in today because I needed to get my nails done before going out of town. I’ve been here about five times before and was not 100% pleased but it was hit or miss. Today was a hit and I really liked the lady who did my toes as well as Chloe who did my nails. I got the pamper me pedicure which was $47 the only difference between that and the basic is hot stones and the warm towel and I’m guessing my nails were $113 so it totaled $160 plus I left a $20 tip. The reason I chose to give them 1 star is because of the bait and switch on prices. Prior to getting any design on my nails, I showed my tech a picture and was told it would be $18.00… not $18 per design! As an esthetician and business owner myself, I pride myself in on honoring my word and these Houston nails salons are not it. Even $18 per hand would have made sense but who is paying nearly $60+ in designs on a short set of nails? I will only be going to a nail salon for pedicures from now on and I will plan accordingly to make sure I can get in with the haus_of_charm when I need to. I’m no longer complaining on things I have the power to change! My advice to anyone who frequents this place is to show pictures and to get a write up PRIOR to them rendering services.Services: Sculpted nails
I get my nails done quite often and I’ve gone to multiple nail salons. I’ve never written a review but my experience with T at nails of America was one, if not the very best experience I have ever had, so I needed to share. Had a French manicure with dip completed and it was the best French manicure I’ve ever had! T was amazing and very detail oriented! Took the time to make sure they were perfect! Highly recommend him! Thanks T!
WARNING: make sure you agree on pricing BEFORE they start their services because they are SKETCHY on how they charge!! I came in for a pedicure $47 and a full set of nails w/design. The base price of a full set with color powder is $42. I did ask for a design see first pic and the 2nd pic is what I got. The 3rd pic shows what I paid for both services. I ended up getting charged $77 for the full set! I asked for a cost breakdown and the 2 ladies working the front desk gave me 2 different answers. I was willing to swallow the cost if they agreed to fix the design. They REFUSED to do it without charging me an additional $10 for added work. What a joke of an establishment!Services: Acrylic nails
Had to pay to get my nails fixed that they agreed were done poorly - all I asked for was a simple full set with a white tip and ended up paying $55 twice 5 days apart. The edges of my nails were separating, the line between the white acrylic and pink was crooked, there were dips in the nails and overall it was just poorly done. There’s no reason I should have 4+ nails that need to be “fixed”. I come here all the time and get elaborate long nail designs so this was extremely disappointing. The first two pictures are the old nails compared to the new set. The first two pictures don’t even show the separating on the edges of all the nails that started two days later.
Quite the delight! Full service my lashes are the most amazing cluster I have ever had in 5 years of wearing them. She also did perfect brows. The young man at my pedi was "ABSOLUTELY AMAZING " he made a trucker's feet look and feel Beautiful !!! The young lady who did my nails, this is the "BEST SET OF NAILS" in the last 3 years of all the nails I got in Houston TX 2 weeks last I still look and feel amazing from lash to toe. THANK YOU
