I called this place and they were nice enough to hold the boots for me. They hold the boots for somewhere between 24 to 72 hours. They took my name down. I showed up the next morning when they opened and the boots were ready to go for me. My daughter love them. She was happy and excited for the Western theme dance at her Middle School. Great customer service.
Went in to see if they had a size 8 Justin boot. The sales woman Angelina was very sweet and didn’t mind helping me. Even when I was being difficult, she smiled and understood. Went in for boots, left with a hat! Definitely a reason to go back. Even if it’s just to browse
I've always loved this store and I've spent MORE than my fair share of $ there too! However, the last 2 times I've gone, no one wanted to help me with a boot purchase. It's young people working and they all just seemed to be standing around talking amongst themselves. Maybe things have changed and they don't work on commission any longer. Anyway, still love the store and will continue to be a patron.
They were good to me. I bought a shirt in San Antonio and found out it didn't fit right, returned in Dallas and a few days later the money was back in my account. I had the receipt of course. Was skeptical at first, but they came through. Two thumbs up..
Great place for gear! I got my first Stetson. This character, Rik, went out of his way to welcome customers, chat us up, and add positivity to my experience. I'll go here for my gear.
Love the sales Associates..very hip and willing to help you whatever your style is. Best assortment of boots for everyone in your family. Only draw back for me is I have to order on their Web Site since I wear a size 25. But got to have my MC Jeans !! Must have 20 + pairs and Cavenders has the latest styles around. Go check them out and scoot your boots while looking for the perfect outfits, boots, rhinestone belts for you ladies and gorgeous jewelry to top everything off ! Ladies, you're NEVER TOO OLD TO SPARKLE and SHINE . AND IF YOU ASK ME IF YOU HAVE TOO MUCH BLING GOING ON...WELL I'LL JUST TELL YA .....THROW SOME MORE ON AND GO KNOCK EM' OUT !! I had to ask for help. When I did receive help, it seemed to be very non challant. After being informed that they didn't have what I was originally looking for, I had to find something else without anymore help. The only reason that I purchased the alternative pair of boots is that I was pressed for time and didn't want to leave empty handed.
A great store with the friendliest staff who are always eager to help!!
My Husband and I shop at Cavender’s because of the product selection, quality. BUT, their staffing, people who work in the store are ALWAYS RUDE, and/or Unavailable. Management should get them trained on Customer Service. PLEASE? If we had a choice we would shop elsewhere!
Organized place, but the last time I went on December 16, a bad experience when using the bathroom, it was dirty and a terrible smell to vomit, maybe someone left dirty diapers in the trash. Someone should check throughout the day that it was clean, in addition to having a freshener for public bathrooms, they are long-lasting.
