CrossFit Schedule: Mondays: 5:45AM-6:45AM, 7AM-8AM, 9AM-10AM, 4:45pm-5:45pm and 6PM-7PM.
Tuesdays: 5:45AM-6:45AM, 7AM-8AM, 9AM-10AM, and 4:45PM-5:45PM, and 6PM-7PM.
Wednesdays: 5:45AM-6:45AM, 7AM-8AM, 9AM-10AM, and 5:00PM-6:00PM
Thursdays: 5:45AM-6:45AM, 7AM-8AM, 9AM-10AM, and 4:45PM-5:45PM, and 6PM-7PM.
Fridays: 5:45AM-6:45AM, 7AM-8AM, 9AM-10AM, and 4:45PM-5:45PM
Saturdays: 9:00AM-10:00AM
Sundays: closed.
