I've had my hearing aids for over two years and one had a fitment issue the whole time.  I met with Lauren who took a different approach to it and made it pain free.   I'm very pleased with her knowledge and willingness to make me happy.  It's much appreciated.

Do not go there! My mom’s hearing aid was reworked 3-4 times and still did not fit. It costed my mom $1,500 for one… they would not reimburse us the money, they were rude when we stopped by their office to try and get the money back. The last hearing aid that did not fit was not returned back to the manufacturer. It was a disaster! I will call you at the number provided, I hope you can solve my mom's problem... She is 90 years old and NOT to get her $1,500 refunded is a travesty. Who should I ask for when I call? I received a call from the Company with a promise that someone from the Management would follow up with me, well- a month later, no one contacted me... I guess we will head to a Small Claims Court in December 2022. The 90-year-old woman who is having a heart cauterization on November 30, 2022, will have to go to court to fight to get her money back from Cedar Audiology. This is not a good company to do business with, trust me.

Can't say enough about cedar audiology. Great staff and always make time to answer all your questions. Also one of the few that offer the Lyric hearing aid. Great device.

I have been seeing Kim for over 7 years! If I could rate this organization thirty stars I would. I get unbelievable care at this audiologist’s office and intend to remain with them as long as humanly possible. This is the audiologist.

The staff was very professional in all aspects of my visit, from the receptionist to the audiotherapist.  They explained everything clearly, answered my questions and took the time to address my specific needs.   I highly recommend them to anyone wishing to evaluate or improve his hearing.

I was very pleased with the courtesy and efficiency of the professionals at Cedar Audiology Associates.  I was particularly grateful for their consideration of my physical limitations.  Their follow up care is excellent.  They are determined to see that my hearing with the hearing aids I purchased is close to perfect.  Their location is very convenient and it is very easy to park and get into their office.  They have been taking every possible measure to protect their patients and their staff during the pandemic. Helene, my audiologist, has been very kind and a delight to work with.

The amazing team at Cedar Audiology is fantastic!  Each of them cares deeply about helping people live better lives through improved hearing. They are experts in recommending solutions to help each person with their unique hearing needs, and work with each patient to be sure that everything is just right. The entire team is highly professional, with a caring, compassionate, and enthusiastic approach to what they do.  I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Our whole family - I, my wife and our 2 daughters - have seen Lynn for years actually, decades and she has made tremendous differences in all our lives. Her professionalism and her skill are great! But its her personal concern that sets her apart. By listening to our individual problems, she tailors the hearing aid or settings to really solve the problems. It does cost more than buying the devices on line, but the quality of the care and the assurance that the hearing aids will have their maximum impact is well worth the cost!

I met with Kim Gill in order to receive my first hearing aids.  Kim was incredibly professional and had a set procedure for educating me about the use of my new hearing aids, how to change the volume and sound quality and other issues that I would need to know to properly use my new hearing aids.  Aside from her professional attitude she was also very very friendly and made it an extremely enjoyable experience.  I would highly recommend her to anyone who is experiencing hearing problems.  She was great!  Actually, Kim served both my husband and me and we were both delighted.

Have been working with Helene at Cedar for more than a decade. She is a consumate professional but also wonderfully caring about her clients—even at the expense of her own home life.  As a Lyric user I have had occasional failures on weekends, holidays and off hours. Helene always makes herself available for her clients, and does so with a smile. She is not just a superb audiologist…she is a friend.
