Katie and Pat Dougherty moved to the New Bern area in July of 2013 and began working with Keller Williams Realty - New Bern in December 2013. They relocated to New Bern to get away from the fast-paced life style of working in New York City and living on suburban Long Island. Katie was a systems analyst working in Manhattan and Pat was a busy classical trumpeter who ran his own business for over 35 years. Music (Katie is also a trumpeter) and sailing brought them together, and a desire for a better quality of life brought them to New Bern! They are both licensed real estate agents in NC and are affiliated with Keller Williams Realty in New Bern.

The newest member of our team is Jessica Collins. She joined Celebrate New Bern Homes on May 9, 2016, exactly two years after she and her husband purchased their First Home! You guessed it...we were her agents and she was our first "buyer" client in New Bern. As our Administrative Assistant and Contract to Closing Coordinator, Jessica has rapidly become a valued and integral part of the Celebrate New Bern Homes team!
