Cell-Doc North Olmsted

The screen on my IPhone 11 needed to be replaced. I dropped my phone off to a super nice guy named Nick and it was ready in 25 minutes! I hope I don’t need a repair again but I would absolutely use Cell Doc again! Thanks.

Replaced my broken screen protector for 20.00 I did not check it thoroughly before I left. Screen protector covered camera lens and the entire bottom half of my phone did not respond to touch. If you value your phone don't take it here. UPDATE: Owner has reached out and promised a refund. Seems to have gone above and beyond to make things right. Will confirm if refund goes through. Owner made good on the refund so I'm bumping up the review to a 4.

There was some miscommunication between myself and them. My phone was not fixed. The owner did call me and offer to pick up my phone and try to fix problem due to me having cancer and unable to go back to store. I thought that was very nice of him

Really good selection of cases and the tech was very friendly and hooked my son up with a case

I broke the screen on my Motorola and I called at least 6 other stores that fixed phones and Cell Doc was able to get my screen ordered in a day where everyone else took 3 to 4. I was able to drop my phone off grab some dinner and pick it back up. It looks like the day I got it out of the box. Highly recommend them for all of you repair needs.

I brought in my phone after it had sustained significant damage due to my negligence. After calling in for a quote I was told there was hope after all. My phone was fixes in 20 minutes and was treated like family. The staff was professional. They even gave me a free case! They also signed me up with spectrum internet which is fast as can be, not to mention saving me HUNDREDS every year! Should I need anything cell phone related in the future, I know where to go!!
