I have gone back and forth about posting a review... I purchased a PAIR of bookshelves and set up a time to pick them up later in the week due to it being a rainy day. I was called that following Monday and was told that I needed to pay more for the bookshelves... not just more, but double. The owner was the vender of the bookshelves and apparently I was charged the wrong price and he wanted double the money. The owner completely takes advantage of people and wouldn’t even call me to discuss the matter himself. I just want to warn people, if you do purchase something from this antique store, take it with you that day! Even if it is raining and you are in a truck!!!
A small, but interesting place to visit. I find myself checking back in every few weeks because the selection changes quite a bit. If you see something you like, better buy it because items don't sit there long.
Though small compared to larger "malls", this antique shop is certainly bigger than it looks from the street. Local folks who enjoy antique malls and shops should definitely include this place in his/her regular routine. Great collection and decent prices.
Great shop with interesting mix of antiques and collectibles. I have found some great deals and one of a kind items. Staff is friendly and helpful. Add this to your list of must visit small businesses in Louisville.
Highly recommend doing business with this company! Nothing but class. I don't know how they do it, but the items for sale there are always unique and interesting. The owner - Kerrick is super nice, always trying to help. I love his staff as well.
Love this place. Too bad they are closing November 3. Got 40% off though. So I bought things that I would usually pass up. I don't have a lot if money. I'll miss it.
The supply and variety makes for an interesting browse. The prices are competitive or lower. The store employees are helpful and friendly. I found many interesting and/or nostalgic items today.
I had a Horrible experience with this company : First I was looking at Buying a whole Livingroom full of Furniture. Kerrick Waddle told me one Price then when They were going to deliver It was $500.00 more than they had said it would Be. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! and They Lie!!!
Love this place. Staff are friendly and I have found some great items and good deals. Dale, Rose and Kerrick are fun and knowledgeble. The estate sales are also something to check out. I highly recommend the Cellar Door.
