Heidi and her team are AMAZING! I first attempted to do business at the other local Verizon store. Attempted 3 times and was not once even acknowledged there. I waited at least 7 minutes each time at that store! So happy I drove down the street to the Cell only Verizon. Heidi is personable, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I had my new phone ordered in minutes. It came in so much faster than expected too. Heidi made the setup so fast and simple: I didn’t have to do a thing!! Highly recommend doing business with Heidi!!

Heidi is absolutely amazing!!!! She went above and beyond for me and my daughter! She even stayed after hours so my phone would work as I was leaving early the next morning for a work trip out of town! I would give this store 10 stars if I could! Stellar staff and service you won’t find any where else!!! Would absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for a new phone! I can’t say enough nice things about this place because they’re fabulous!

Kenny of CellOnly was an excellent tech when it came to helping me with my new cell phone. Me being a older guy he was very patient with a answer for every question. He was able to complete all tasks in a timely fashion. Great Job Kenny.

Monica was super kind and helpful and even when she was busy helping us she greeted everyone who came in the door with a smile and a hello. She has great customer service skills and makes you feel at ease when I certainly felt overwhelmed with some of the steps of upgrading. She will certainly always get our families business and will recommend her to anyone needing phone service upgrades or help.
