Disappointing experience. SV staff were initially helpful with Star Link but when the problem wasn't easily solved, we were on our own. We figured out the problem was a bad cable but didn't get a call back to re-run it in our house despite calling twice. We understand busy, but a courtesy call about a potential timeline would have been appreciated. Decided to do it myself. We wish there were another Star Link contractor in the area.

Had issues with car radio install. Tried to get a call back with no luck. Hoped service would be a little better. Never received a call back. Hope other customers have better luck than we did.

Star Video Audio stocks the full line of JL Audio products. They are the only MAX dealer in WY!

Went for an auto radio check up. They tested and recommended replacement and had inventory to select from. They did not recommend the most expensive and installed it in about 90 minutes. I do not feel like I over paid for quality product and service. I'm gonna try them for home audio video next.

Went with my neighbor to see Sony OLED 4k Tv. Awesome picture. Best Buy in Billings, MT. offered same for $200.00 less. They matched the price. Saved a trip to Billings to order Tv and another to pick it up. They offered free delivery. I've had TV about a month. Beautiful, Stunning Picture. I used to own a Samsung QLED UHD 4K TV and this SONY OLED UHD 4K is another Dimension better. Samsung TV's Capacitors failed in just a few months and it took from October to January of Next Year to get a refund. I bought their in-home repair warranty but when I needed it, it was useless as they have "NO" service in Wyoming but don't tell you this, no service even in Billings, MT. SONY is here in SHERIDAN, WY. At Star Video. I can buy Samsung at Walmart or I can buy Sony and buy with Peace-of-Mind.

When the other day to buy a phone next day to pick it up and they weren't selling T-Mobile phones anymore so I don't know what's up with that
