I will never go back after this last experience. This store was run great a few years ago. The woman running the shop got injured, and the people filling in lost the tablet I was having repaired. It was a month of pestering to get any information about my tablet. Eventually they offered to replace it. I did not go back for a while. I decided to give the store another chance recently, hoping the woman had returned. She did not. I went in 2 weeks ago to get pricing on fixing a screen. I told the man running the store I would be back in 2 weeks to have it fixed. I went back in Saturday to have it done. He remembered the price he gave me, then told me that it would be more. I agreed to the price because I was in a hurry to get it done. I was told it would be done that day, and I would recieve a call when it was done. By 535pm I had not recieved a call. I spoke with someone saying it was done. I asked when they close, he said 6pm. I told that person I was on my way to pick it up. I arrived at 555pm. The doors were locked. No one was in the store or answering the phones. Monday afternoon I had to call to find out what had happened and what the status of my phone was. Overall horrible experience, time to find a new repair place.
Was charged $130 to "fix" sons iPhone took 2 days. I go to pick up phone it kept shutting off. I told him owner I shouldn't have to pay for that, well then he can take the parts off. I said ok so I'll take my old parts n put back in. He couldn't because he already recycled them. Then offered to sell me a used phone for more. Nope stuck with the broke phone now for $130 Update....very unprofessional when you start receiving text messages about your review. I see the company has their own family membsrs put review up going off my review. Also very unprofessional when the hitting on you asking to do dinner but when I state I'm married asks if I have sister. I see Simon made a review for himself on here too.
Screen totally shattered on my s9 plus. Simon had it fixed and returned same day, even offering to personally bring it to my work because I couldn't make it back to get it before my shift. Screen replacement was pricey, but I know my phone is old so the glass may be out of production or something. After the fix, my volume down rocker stopped working. Simon didn't get defensive like I was accusing him of a bad job, and quickly fixed that too free of charge. Thank you bro!
Simon, Thank you for being honest, I came in to your shop expecting to spend a lot of money. I showed him my issue he said he'd need my wife's phone to get the issue fixed so I went an grabbed it. I went to another store down the street they told me to install an app and connect it to my wife's phone it would be $300 I stopped here thinking that it'd be the same price if not a little cheaper Simon only charged me 50bucks, he told me another of stores will try to get as much as they can he's been doing this for 15 years and I see why he's so successful! Simon thank you for saving me from crooks! I'll ne ER go anywhere else

Great quality parts great service THIS GUY IS A FREAKING GENIUS I TOOK MY PHONE TO THREE DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND EVERYTHING WAS ABLE TO GET IT DONE SO WHAT CAN I BOOST MOBILE STORE TODAY AND THE GUY THAT WORKS THERE TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL BE ABLE TO TRANSFER OF THE INFORMATION BECAUSE MY PHONE IS DAMAGED SO HE SUGGESTED THIS PLACE BUT I WENT IN EVERYTHING WAS JUST THE RIGHT VIBE SIMON TOOK MY PHONE TO THE BACK LOOK FOR THE PART THEY TOLD ME HE HAD IT HE SAID TO GIVE HIM AN HOUR CALL ME BACK 30 MINUTES LATER AND TELL ME THE PHONE IS ALL SET AND READY FOR PICKUP THIS GUY IS EITHER A MAGICIAN OR A GINIE THANK YOU SIMON
Thank you Simon for all the professionalism you have to offer! This is absolutely the best store to do business with. The customer service is unmatchable compared to most repair centers; I’ve had to unfortunately deal with in the past. All the parts they use are the highest of quality. The representative Simon has helped me and my entire family repair our phones. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our cellular devices. Every time I need my phone to just be cleaned. I take it there and Simon does it for me free of charge. I have purchased both my daughters 2 iphones from this location and Simon has helped me repair one of my daughters iPhones this past week. This guy did everything he can to make sure my family and I were satisfied even though funds were coming tight for us. This is a very honest and professional man and I appreciate doing great business with great people. Thank you Simon!!!
Please read! I want to save anyone from being scammed! Came in earlier for a screen repair and the guy named Simon was very nice and said he could do it. I wanted a same day option so he offered to buy an almost $400 iPhone X that he previously repaired. I chose that option because I needed something the same day. Within 6 hours the screen was completely black. I came in the store for help and the man accused me of LYING and dropping the phone which I didn’t do. He made rude remarks about my appearance, was very unprofessional, and refused to help me. I recorded the situation when I came back because I found it odd how he said no refunds after I bought the phone. I recorded his actions in the store just in case something happened and sure enough the phone stopped working the same day! I’m out of my money and he refuses to do anything about it.
My power button wouldn't work so I told the person at the counter that. Within 5 minutes I got it back. I guess it was just unplugged. 5 stars, would recommend.
I would highly recommend anyone here to repair your cell phone/tablet. I’ve received exceptional great service. Customer service was great! I dropped my iPad off around noon and it was ready within 3 hours. I couldn’t find anyone else that would repaid my iPad same day! Which is a plus! Also, the pricing is very reasonable. If you ever damage your screen on your phone or tablet, this the place to go!!!
