It took a minute, but we'll worth the wait. Pay the mgr. got my speakers in and I'm very pleased about my experience. I originally had speakers put in around the beginning of the year at a different Mickey Shore. When I stopped there for another matter they let me know my right speaker was no longer working, but still under warranty. Well, it seems for whatever reason Covid, shipping etc they no longer carried those speakers. Pay made some calls and gave me an upgrade along with a new warranty. I showed up for my appointment and a few hours later my speakers work great. They're show room has all the extra boom boom for your car. Speakers in every size & shape with lots to choose from. They'll also do remote car lock and start. Great place to go to give your ears some listening pleasure
I called to get a quote for replacing my stock car stereo, the guy I spoke to was super polite, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. If/when I need mine replaced, I'm definitely going to have it done here.
as much as I thank them for their hard work, this was an extremely terrible experience! after scheduling my appointment over a week an advance, I dropped my car off at 9 AM when they opened. They quoted 2-4 hours. I thought that was pretty long but I understand they have other costumers. After no updates around 3pm I called and they informed me that they just started on my car and to come at closing time at 6pm. I got there and it STILL wasn’t finish. Over 8 hours for a remote start? So disappointing.
Highly recommend. Had an auto starter installed here. Called one morning during peak season to check availability and they had an opening so they fit me in that day with no appointment. They were willing to stay late one day a week later for no charge to make sure it was functioning properly when I brought it back in with a question.
Good staff here. Got a new stereo installed as a gift. They spoke to my mother and gave her all she needs to know and did not belittle her questions or decisions and gave her the parts needed for install ahead of time so that we would be sure they could get it done same day. When I came in, they had it done within 3 hours and then gave me a demo of how to use the stereo. All the employees were good guys and addressed me as soon as I walked in.
Awful installation and poor customer service. I had a $1700 system installed about three weeks ago and the 6x9 above my trunk have popped and rattled since day one. Even at low volume it sounds terrible. Took it back to them and they claim they couldn’t find a problem. Either the team is deaf or they don’t want to redo the system for me I’m not sure but I don’t suggest anyone have them do an install for any high priced system. They are too inexperienced.
Great, honest company! Went in for a remote start, dropped the car off, and within 2 hours it was ready. The remote start required a digital interface installation which was a little extra which was ok. When I came back to pick the car up, they told me my car didn't need the installation and gave me a refund for that part. I had no idea if my car had that already; they could've easily kept my money and let me leave. Also, gave me a thorough tutorial of how to use the remote start. Will be sending plenty of people there for installations.
This place is great! Very professional, with excellent installers. The staff provides wonderful customer service. Special thank you to the regional installation manager, Jason and my installer, Corey. These guys did a fabulous job! Keep up the great work!
Great service. Very knowledgeable and experienced staff. Quick service... They may close early BUT if you get there early in the morning-- your car will be ready within 48 hrs
Great store with great people. Marc has always been my guy with all my car audio needs and i will always rely and go to him for all my audio stuff. Always refer my friends and family to this store, specifically Marc, he's a great guy always recommend everyone to him and his store. Overall awesome experience over the last 3 years I've been dealing with him and his store.
