I visited the North Babylon Verizon store to upgrade my cell phone. I was greeted by Connor upon entering the store. He was very friendly and approachable. He made the experience very relaxing and pleasant. Connor was more than willing to answer all of my questions. He was not aggressive or demanding with regard to additional products or services. The process overall was very smooth. I would definitely recommend this location/gentleman to friends. Thank you!
My boyfriend and I came to Verizon to ask about possibly trading in my iPhone and switching over services from T mobile to Verizon. Instantly we were greeted by Connor at the door with a handshake and a smile. We explained our reason for the visit to Connor and he cheerfully helped us through transferring my phone service and offered not only me but my boyfriend many promotions and deals that were not offered by other phone carriers. We came in to the store with the expectation of only trading in my phone but we left with 2 new phones and ended up with a cheaper monthly bill than what we would have paid at T mobile. This experience was truly a pleasant one and we would definitely come back to this location! Thank you Connor!
Went to the store to get my boyfriend on my line. One ended up getting a new phone as well. We also got accessories to protect the phones. The plan was a great deal and the service was comforting. We were one of the last customers and we were treated so kindly. Usually being the last of the day workers are quick to rush you out. The patience was appreciated. Sydney was so helpful and so personable. We were sitting for bit some time my fault for not backing up my phone. Being pregnant she even got a more suitable seat for me to help with the pain. Really made me and my significant other happy. The customer service was above expected. Will be coming back to this location for any of our needs. Ask for Sydney if you come to this store. Pleasant personality and knows what she’s doing!
Bobby did an excellent job of upgrading all my kids' phones. Even upgraded my wife's iPhone 8. He got a kick out of someone still using one of those. He was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable about the best plans for family. Will definitely be going back to him in the future for all my cellphone options.

I just broke my phone and was running late to an appointment. Jon and his coworkers were able to get me in and out in under 20 minutes. And they restored my information. Great team over there.
I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 10 years now and I had some issues with my phone so I figured stop in the store hopefully resolve it . I met with Bobby W. the sales rep. And he educated me on what’s causing my issues and guided me to purchasing the right products, for my needs I am a contractor and my phone is one of my most important tools. Bobby was very professional & knowledgeable I felt very comfortable doing business with him. If it wasn’t for him, I would probably cancel my service. There was three other coworkers working with Bobby and what a great team they are together. Good comfortable atmosphere, but professional, every customer had a smile on their face. And that’s how it should be. I used to go to Massapequa store which is a bigger store. And it felt like I was sitting in DMV and a doctors office at the same time. Not Good! Son’s phone was broken, and he immediately told us about the family’s promotions. We were in and out in a timely fashion. Very passionate about his job which made everything he was saying very trustworthy. Very happy with his service. His name is Eudrys Torres. Recommending him to 2 more friends. Daniel also stepped in and helped with transfers on two other phones ! Very professional!!
