Def do not go to this location, has to be the worst GameStop ,selling used games as new games unsealed and scratched
Never disappointed with this location as the customer service is on point added with a clean store .
Stopped in to window shop the other day. Seems like a fairly well stocked store, and staff was super friendly and offered assistance. Selection was vast and even had a nice clearance section for those outdated items. I did ask a question and the guy responded clearly and detailed. I like that people who actually know what they are talking about. Would come here again in the future if I needed to.
Chris was absolutely amazing. I went there to get help problem solving a PS4 that I didn’t even purchase there and could not return. It ended up being something we could not figure out but he was extremely patient and kind trying to help me and my son with a solution we would be happy with despite it being the day after Christmas and the store filling up. Being human and considerate made my experience better than i imagined. We left happy and very grateful.
Even though they are very popular store. They have all the latest games. They're fully stocked on their computer and game items and toys for kids. The customer service is OK. The location is great it's in a very busy plaza. But everything they sell there is very expensive. My kids were disappointed that I wasn't able to buy them anything because I couldn't afford it. For a store that is so popular they should have more sales. But other than that I don't mind going over there to shop around, And to look at all the cool new games And toys.
I'm old school and I was hoping to find some games for my PlayStation 3.Okay, it's old but it was my uncle's and in great shape. But anyway, the salesperson I was talking to was very knowledgeable about the current PS4 and 5, and was very able to refer to other game shops that may still carry PS3. Thank you. I will work on getting the game vibe in sooner or later.
Clean store, friendly staff too
The store doesn't have a huge variety of games, despite its size. I've been to a lot of GameStops that are half the size that have the same selection of games. Ehat this store makes up for eith games, it does have in other stuff, like model kits and figures. The staff here are very helpful and always make decent recommendations. Overall, pretty good store
An employee who was very nice asked the manager a question for an item I wanted that they didn't have and I overheard the manager say with a nasty attitude "Well we don't have it, what do you want me to say". I should have just went somewhere else but I didn't want to deal with the holiday traffic and ended up getting something else. But next time I'll speak up and mention about the negative reviews they are getting for the attitude and maybe it's time to reevaluate on how they do things there. And I've said this over and over again...If you don't like your job or you're burnt out, then quit and move on to something else. It's that easy.
