How refreshing. Highly recommend this store. We recently upgraded both our smart phones, taking advantage of a recent promotion. It was very nice to not be treated either like teenagers, or grandparents. We were pleasantly met simply at our needs. Today I needed to purchase a screen protector, and Peter was an absolute pleasure to work with - pleasant, helpful, interested, and flawless placement of the glass. This was our second new phone dealing with this store in five years - and I expect we will deal with them next time when the time comes. Last time we shopped around, then settled with this store. This time, we didn't bother going anywhere else. So nice to get good customer service.
Had a great experience at the store. YJ C helped me purchase my new phone. He was very thorough in breaking down my actual bill and payment. He also assisted me with any questions I had. He was very courteous and the entire process went smoothly. I would definitely return to this particular store for future assistance with my phone.
YJ was extremely helpful with reviewing new phone options and plan changes to fit my needs. He is very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I had a great customer experience. I am very thankful and greatly appreciate his time and effort!
Chris Ulloa was my Verizon representative at the Chantilly/Hwy 50 location while I was deciding to purchase newer Apple phone models -- or possibly switching to something else. He was very friendly, professionally knowledgeable and informative during my entire experience. I would recommend him to others for their future cell phone needs.
Cellular Sales Chantilly is an amazing place! I came in today and was taken care very professionally and quickly! The sales rep, YJ, was extremely helpful, patient, and walked me through every step I needed to set up my iPhone! My family will definitely make this our go to Verizon store!
I had two phones to have taken care of today. One was broken and I had the new phone to switch over. The other was I upgraded my 5 to a 6. Y J Choi gets 5 stars for sure. He was able to get all the work done in a timely professional manner. He even asked me questions that I would not have remembered to handle. He also told me about a saving promotion available that day. I would recommend YJ to anyone who needs to buy a new phone, switch over or anything else provided at the Verizon store. Thank you YJ you saved me a ton of time today!
This is one of the best experiences I have had with a Verizon representative at one of their stores. Individuals do make up the overall image of a company. Verizon is famous for being arrogant and not caring of their customers but this store and the people there are doing a good job of dispelling that impression. I walked in at almost closing time but I was taken care of in a very efficient, professional and friendly way. And this was when I wasn't even buying anything from the store. Just went in for a SIM replacement. My issue was resolved in time and to my complete satisfaction. What a difference a couple of miles apart from the other store makes. Highly recommended store and people.
This week I needed to do the dreadful task of upgrading my phone - never a fun process - always frustrating, confusing and takes forever. This was my first visit to the Chantilly store and boy was I pleasantly surprised. YJC helped me through the entire process and it was painless!!! He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Next time we have an upgrade in the family, I know where to go and who to ask for! Thank you so much YJC - you are the best!
Came in for a car mount and received good, non-pushy advice. Easy transaction, very friendly morning staff I did go in right at opening. This location also looks more like a proper Verizon store rather than a pop-up retailer.
I wanted to mention that both David and Peter in your Chantilly store on Route 50 should be commended for their exemplary customer service. It isn't very often that I come across not only one but two employees in the same store who genuinely cared about the service they provided.
