I couldn’t have asked for better care, Dr. Polavarapu and staff were amazing. I felt the love and compassion the whole unit Carried . Dr. P was always available for any questions or concerns I had . They also saw me right away if I had a concern. I’ll never forget the love they showed throughout my first pregnancy.
Everyone from the women at the front desk, the medical assistant,, ultrasound tech, nurses and doctors, everyone here was phenomenal. I did not have to wait long at all to see the ultrasound tech, and not long at all to see the doctor! A wonderful experience during a time I needed it the most!
I cannot begin to express how lucky I was to be under the care of Dr. P and her entire team at Good Samaritan’s maternal fetal medicine. Being pregnant was an extremely vulnerable and tense time for me. Dr. P took the time to address every single question and concern I had thoroughly and knowledgeably. There were instances where she scheduled me to come in for a scan to reassure me and also took additional time out of her day to call me to explain things I was unsure of. Although the overall pregnancy experience wasn’t what I envisioned, as soon as Dr. P walked into the room I was always relieved to see her and to hear that the baby was doing well. She was pleasant, attentive, always managed to make me smile and supported me as I prepared to become a first time mom. The nurses, receptionists and sonogram technicians were patient, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. When I delivered my son, one of the techs was in the labor and delivery part of the hospital and recognized me and wished my family well. The fact she even remembered me knowing she interacts with so many patients on a given day made me feel so important and cared about. I also worked with the nutritionist Mei. She was very positive, knowledgeable and encouraging. I learned so much about proper dieting that I will use going forward. I was so lucky to be under the care of Dr. P and her staff. They all truly helped me bring life into the world and for that, I’m forever grateful. Their work is extremely important. They are such a dedicated staff and take the necessary time needed so that each patient receives adequate care. My son was born healthy thanks to them.
Compared to another place I went to for an ultrasound, the wait wasn't nearly as long. I was out of there within 2 hours as opposed to over 3 hours elsewhere. The waiting room was clean and quiet and even had a charging station for cell phones. Waiting is inevitable at these places but I never felt as though I was forgotten in the waiting room. Staff was extremely friendly. The Nurse and Ultrasound tech were knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. The doctor was very friendly as well. When making my next appointment I was told Fridays were lighter than other days. Scheduling the earliest possible appointment also helps speed up your time there. I am so happy I ended up coming here instead of another office for my prenatal ultrasounds.
Expect to wait over an hour each time you come, just to be called in with your significant other. Oh, and expect to be told to stand in the hallway and wait if you're not the expectant mother. No waiting room for you.
Hi I'm Spanish ,this place The Center for Maternal Fetal Medicine Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center is not good for Spanish people they don't like us. I went today and they treated me really bad. I need to call my doctor to send me to a different hospital .
My appointment was at 11:30am and it is currently 1:35pm and I am still waiting ! The wait is way too long and I believe extreamly unexceptional.
Waited forever! NOT COMING BACK! Also no parking at all, drove around for 25 min!
