I had my first mammogram today with Good Samaritan breast imaging center. If I could give more than five stars I would have. The front desk staff Highly efficient and exceptionally friendly. Jeanette the technician was Extremely knowledgeable, comforting, and professional. Even though I wasn’t precisely nervous, she made sure to take the time to explain step-by-step everything that was going to happen. It made me feel so safe and confident in what she was doing. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone! Especially somebody who might be nervous about their first time.
Honestly, I behaved inappropriately, and did not want to go through further testing after my last mammo. Karen, Annemarie and the other supervisors made sure that I had a biopsy within a rapid time frame. Annemarie was wonderful and never left my side during the testing called me the next day, Carole was supportive and kind and Dr. Tester was a grandmotherly and a gentle person. I can not thank them enough for caring about my health, even when I wanted to avoid any medical care. I can only say that Good Samaritan Women's Imaging Center may side on being over cautious, but in this day and age, they need to be. Thank you again and I would recommend them for all breast health testing.
I had a very good experience at this facility, my results are good and the radiologist Jeani was an angel . Very professional in every way! She made me overcome my anxiety getting more pictures done… I had been called back to have more taken . I was relieved to hear I was ok by the dr who read them The sonogram technician was also very professional. I would refer anyone to this facility . Very special people are doing a great service here .
My mom was scheduled for mammogram today Saturday March 9, 2019 at 9 AM. My mom was late 10 minutes because my brother her son, had a seizure and he was rushed to ER. So my mom was helping me and my brother get settled in ER and make sure we have everything. That’s the reason my mom was late. They said to her that sorry we can’t do your mammogram since you are late. My mom was in an accident that caused her to have hemitoma in her left breast. It is extremely rude that these guys won’t provide care to patients who are sick only because they were 15 - 20 mins late. In any doctors’ office, it is fine for patients to be late. In addition, you have to wait months to get an appointment here. I can’t imagine how worst it might be for the breast cancer patients. They probably deny them patient care too if they are late to their appointment. Good Sam, and CHS in general, takes medical field and patient care as business only. They don’t care if the patient is sick or dieing, the only thing they care for is patients’ money. Even if it means providing inadequate care. I will never recommend this business to anyone. In fact, if you have to, I would recommend a private practice that is not affiliated with Good Sam. In fact, I would recommend patients to take their money and go somewhere where the doctors and practices actually sympathize with patients and not make a fuzz about how late they were that they won’t look at patients. Take your money and don’t give it to Good Sam.
I have been coming here for many years and I have been very happy with this place. I am glad they have Saturday Appointments so i don't have to take time off of work. Although Good Sam Hospital itself is not that great the imaging center has been very good.
