Many Health and Fitness Tests are offered at the Center. The Aerobic tests offered are VO2max, Lactate Threshold, and Submax (bike). We also offer body composition testing. The tests are as follows: Bod Pod, Skin Folds, Bioelectrical Impedance (BIA)-foot to foot, Bioelectrical Impedance (BIA)-hand to hand. Segmental Bioelectrical Impedance (SBIA), and Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR).
