The mission of CTBA is to identify, develop, and introduce data-driven, non-partisan and progressive, equitable public policy recommendations into the public debate. The end result we want to advocate for is the improvement of the fiscal health of Illinois and other states.
CTBA strives to be the pre-eminent source for objective, honest, reliable, and relevant analysis of state and local tax and budget-related issues.
