The staff here are courteous, professional and the office is very clean. I did not have a long wait at all, everything was explained thoroughly and hopefully my insurance will pre-authorize this procedure and I will start my school year off with no leg pain or swelling.
I am again happy to report that I was totally satisfied with my recent visit to CVR. Dr Le has assembled a first-class staff. From the friendly greetings you meet with in the Waiting room, to April’s delightful personally and true expertise performing the ultrasound tests, the excellent nurse who saw me next, and then Dr Le himself, I rarely feel so well-cared for by kind and highly skilled people in a physician’s office. Dr Le answered all my questions as well as advising me on dealing with my lymphedema and foot problem going forward. He has a great bedside manner!
I was treated in the most friendly, professional manner. Everyone with whom I consulted was knowledgeable. They were able to explain their findings in easy-to-understand English, and they offered helpful suggestions.
This Frederick office is very well run - everyone you come in contact with, receptionists, technician, nurse, doctor are professional, efficient, kind. 5++
Rude and unprofessional front office lady, she wasn’t friendly at all And when my family came to be with me she told them they couldn’t stay as there wasn’t enough seats for them and the patients, NOTE only one person other than me was there, and no one entered after and I left after closing hours

Location is perfect.Clean environment. Staff from front desk to doctor to nurse to technician all very welcoming, nice, professional. Treatment wise I felt safe and taken very well care of, good communication and explanations also for the after care. Results are phenomenal! Definitely recommend this place! And I will come back for future treatments if needed.
Worst office ever. 1st they won’t even let u in without making the copayment. 2nd they r not so nice about writing any work or school notes so u can take it easy for a few days. 3rd u still keep getting the co-pay bills in the mail over & over again even though u already paid it. U finally call them so it won’t go into the collection just to hear ,” oh don’t worry we will clear it…” what about the headache & the phone call that they put u on hold forever … they can’t even fix a tiny issue of clearing the bill for their overpaying customers. I’d not recommend this place to my worst enemies.
Dr. Lee is very professional. He explain me everything so clearly. I love his front admin staff they are very polite and caring. I was recommended by my primary care. I am happy with all my treatments. Thank you for taking care of my leg Dr. Lee
